Capri Tiberio Palace

It was a wonderful stay!!! Loved the location and the staff was top knotch! The lemon spritz upon arrival was crazy good and the bartender was a really cool man, with great suggestions. The concierge bent over backward to help us at every turn. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever had the pleasure of residing in. The staff, the restaurant and the room were beyond compare. I would recommend the Tiberio Palace to anyone who visits Capri. I hope to return to stay here again.

When you’re paying over $1000 a night you expect a lot, and that’s exactly what the Capri Tibiero Palace delivers! Everything was top notch — from the staff, to the service to the accommodations. We loved our time there and highly recommend it!

Few hotels like this anticipates guest needs. We appreciate anticipation to obtain ferry tickets without our request. Due to weather conditions our ferry trip was cancelled and boat company never informed about such cancellation or tried to rebook the trip. Hotel staff was ready with our tickets. One rainy morning staff was able to handle breakfast for a packed hotel and terrace not in use, bast buffet excellent service and delicious omelets. About the rooms: comfortable bed, soft towels, plenty amenities, we liked the decoration, delicious candies at turndown service. And one memorable thing: we tasted no bread in Italy than those served at dinner delicious, (even the one with broccoli was amazing). Capri is not worth a visit during late summer, packed. Hotel Recommendable? Yes. Will return? yes.

I very rarely write a review on TripAdvisor. But for this hotel I must. In short - this hotel is amazing. What makes it so special? - the staff is incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay special. Giving gift to our child, making perfect recommendations for activities, securing last minute reservations at busy beach clubs and restaurants. It’s beyond thoughtful and generous. - the location, WOW, in the city center but a bit away from the wild fuss of everything. Makes for peaceful mornings and evenings. - the restaurant, delicious breakfast and incredible dinner with great wines. We traveled with 7 month old, we were nervous and this place felt like home. When we got to our next hotel we missed Tiberio. Thank you to Stefano especially for continuing to take care of us even when we had checked out. We will always stay at Tiberio when we visit Capri. Thank you again for the lovely stay.
