Delightful Experience
This resort and staff were impeccable. It was truly a wonderful getaway for a friend and I. The meals were phenomenal, from the kind and helpful valet staff to the great front desk staff to the cleaning personnel. It is truly a special place. It was a treat, and we definitely hope to return. Thank you!

Beautiful resort
The resort is nice. Only thing is that it is far from downtown and coffee shop, not walkable. I wish the resort has a little cafe with pastry for those of us on the go, or not desiring to eat a full breakfast. Not terribly old, but could use a little updating - especially the room carpets.

Early March getaway after the rain
We had perfect weather. The room was decent, the sheets felt kinda rough in areas. The shower handle control on 3 rd floor was tricky. It had a nice bar and restaurant and spa. But it was mostly about the ideal location. Great service though and very friendly staff. It felt cozy. I would definitely go Again.

Convenient & Comfortable Stay
First overnight stay at this Carlsbad property. Previous time spent at the property was for a daytime event. Service at the front desk and the restaurant was great for the entire stay. The mocktail mixer at checkin was refreshing. The dinner menu at the restaurant was a highlight of the stay. The spa is on the smaller size,but the service was great overall. The location across the road from the beach is beautiful. Definitely would stay there again.

Great place to stay!
Great time at the hotel from the beginning to the end. Staff was amazing always willing to help with special requests. Facilities were well cleaned. The hotel had a great atmosphere day or night. The pool and hot tub were great. We all enjoyed our stay!
