The Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club and Spa recently completed a $50 Million dollar renovation. Suite Downgrade and Missed Follow-up
During my recent stay at Park Hyatt Aviara, I experienced an issue with a confirmed suite upgrade that was later downgraded to a non-suite room without notice. As a Globalist member, I was disappointed by this change, and after expressing my concerns, the guest services manager apologized and promised to compensate by refunding the points for the stay. However, I have yet to receive any follow-up or confirmation of this refund, despite reaching out. I would appreciate Hyatt’s assistance in ensuring this commitment is fulfilled.

Unbeatable resort location
Pronto restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! We enjoyed it so throughly that we canceled our dinner reservation for the second evening to dine there again! Ask for Alejandro, he is kind, knowledgeable and a real treat to dine with. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Property and Stay
One of the best Hyatt's I have visited. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was very clean. The restaurants on site we great and the adult only pools as well as the family ones were a great balance. We also enjoyed the daily music and events. We will definitely be back

Comfortable Conference
An excellent experience in every respect. We especially appreciated that the restaurants were open reasonably late and that the store carried a great variety of prepared and other foods from 6 am to 10 pm, which made hotel living a lot more friendly.

Almost perfect...
The Park Hyatt is an excellent venue for US standards. The service was better than typical luxury hotels. The property was well maintained and the staff were attentive to our needs. The only issue was the yoga / spa service, which was unacceptable. This is a service. And when you treat your customers with disrespect and embarrassment, the property should realize there is a serious issue with this aspect of their business.
