Overnight for the Carmel Christmas Market
The hotel is very nice and the staff was excellent. Free parking was not available so we had to use the valet at $30 per night. Our room was 314 which is right above the ballroom which had a party going on. We called down and the manager was very nice. He offered to move us.

Fantastic hotel and staff
The hotel is beautiful. Everything is decorated well. We had some noisy neighbors and the manager on duty on December 21 brought us a bottle of wine and breakfast vouchers and was very apologetic about it. It was a party ending at 10:30 and he said if it’s noisy after that he would be happy to get us a new room. He took a problem and made it a very positive experience. When we left Jacobi brought our vehicle up and scrape the windows off and offered us water for our ride home. The other valet staff were also very helpful

Good, High Quality place to stay
Great staff, location, room, and amenities. Valet Jacobi was great too. Was frosty in the morning and he scraped windows for us. The bar area was nice to sit in at night, boasting a real wood fireplace. Definitely a classy experience in the middle of Indiana.

Anniversary Trip
Jacobi with valet was so thoughtful! Our whole experience was lovely as usual!! We had the best view of the Christkindle Market from our room and had a surprise treat from the front desk for our anniversary. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Great experience!
Victor and rest of the valet staff did an excellent job! Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Restaurant was delicious. Family really enjoyed the atmosphere and the market. Highly recommend and will be back next year. Location was great and close to many things.
