this was our anniversary and Jacobi started it out right he was an excellent valet and took our luggage to our suite . he was very respectful and knowledgeable about the hotel and had ideas for our special date we then went to vivante for our special dinner

Love it here!
Jacobi was a great valet. Took great care of our car and all of our luggage. Very informative, helpful, and nice. Great start to our stay. This is our home away from home. One year ago we had our wedding here at the Carmichael and we come here as often as we can. Now here to celebrate our one year anniversary.

Your 1st line of the valet was impressive. Jacobi was amazing and always greeted us with such a friendly smile at valet. Also during our stay, one of my mother’s diamond rings fell off when we left our room and it was found!!! That NEVER happens but did at The Carmichael! Thank you!

PERFECT...
What a wonderful night at this stunning hotel. I simply cannot say anything negative. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the valet who asked if we needed help with luggage (even though we self parked in the large lot in front of the hotel) to the moment we checked out the next day and were given water for the road, our visit was flawless. Special thought has been put into the decor and design. Extra touches in the room from bathrobes, an umbrella, and safe in the closet. Beveling on the wall mirrors making the room look spacious, crown molding trim, and lovely chandeliers. Excellent job by housekeeping. Lovely scent in the lobby and the guest room felt clean and fresh. Staff are all well trained, warm and friendly. We weren't able to have dinner in the restaurant because they are closed on Sunday night. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant. gorgeous blue velvet, silver embossed wallpaper and gold finishes.pressed white tablecloths and napkins. Breakfast was delicious and a reasonable price. We will be sure to come back for a longer stay.

Exceeds expectations
Beautiful, peaceful, experience. Love being walking distance to anywhere we want to go. Amazing staff. Everyone you encounter makes you feel welcome. We come back every year and it is consistently one of our favorite places to stay in the central Indianapolis area.
