Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

Stayed 2 nights. Receptionist post check in was nice enough to show us the room with a walkthrough. Forgot to ask reception at check in to link personal reservation for 1st night with tour reservation for the 2nd until calling the front desk in the evening. After checking with manager, we’re able not having to move rooms; albeit after checkout time the next day, we had to get our room key reset. Convenient walkway with keyed gate to mall next door. A B mall with average stores but good sized Carrefour. Food choices were food court equivalent only. Had dinner at lobby restaurant, mixed menu with courteous service staff despite busy Sat night. Average for hamburger and club sandwich. Breakfast had decent selection and good view of beach and ocean. Room was good sized with large bathroom. Good WiFi. Will be returning for an additional night at end of tour. Given location and surroundings, recommended.

This property is realy beautiful with the Atlantic ocean view, service is good, the restaurant is good but they do not serve any alcohol beverages as they are still looking for a license. Breakfast is the best part of the day, nice service, a plenty of good choices.

The best and warmest staff i have ever come across. The staff namely Ahmed rguig assakali at the restaurant and Mohammed bouhou outlet ops manager not to mention every housekeeping staff the managers the security everyone was super warm friendly and accommodating. They understood many languages so communication was easy. The food taste and quality is excellent . One of the best in Morocco . Very good service standard. Four seasons even though a dry hotel they make up with their excellent restaurants and menu. Lovely views

This is an amazing resort hotel right on the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are well-appointed and the bathrooms are huge. Plenty of closet space. Honestly, what makes this property special are the persons who are at the Concierge and Front Desk. They are caring individuals who go the extra mile to assist with special requests. We needed extra water in our room and we hoped to go for a drink at Rick's. Check and check. The restaurant food next to the pool was excellent for lunch. Finally, the hotel has a fleet of cars mostly Mercedes, that can be booked for a day tour, transfer to airport, dinner out. Most drivers are fluent in English.
