Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

This is one classy hotel. Top-notch staff. Pricey, yet priceless....

This is an amazing resort hotel right on the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are well-appointed and the bathrooms are huge. Plenty of closet space. Honestly, what makes this property special are the persons who are at the Concierge and Front Desk. They are caring individuals who go the extra mile to assist with special requests. We needed extra water in our room and we hoped to go for a drink at Rick's. Check and check. The restaurant food next to the pool was excellent for lunch. Finally, the hotel has a fleet of cars mostly Mercedes, that can be booked for a day tour, transfer to airport, dinner out. Most drivers are fluent in English.

best room ever

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was perfect, with a panoramic view that felt like a little slice of heaven – I found myself just gazing out the window, completely at peace. But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were so genuinely kind and attentive, always there with a warm smile and ready to help with anything I needed. It’s clear they really care about making guests feel at home, and it made my stay feel that much more special. If you're looking for a place where every detail is thoughtfully cared for, this is it!

Worst Four Seasons in the world

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Where do I start. The service in the hotel is atrocious. Poorly trained front desk staff, incompetent on the phone, internet unreliable, room walls so thin your up all night with noise and if you need to make a phone call you have Neigbour’s upset. Maintence standard poor. Super expensive and not worth it at half the price.

Unacceptable Service from Hisham Zayd

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Hisham Zayd was incredibly rude to my mother during our visit, even raising his voice at her. This behavior is shocking and completely unacceptable at a place like the Four Seasons. I hope management takes immediate action By firing this guy cause he’s literally making clients have really bad look at the place

My Little Oasis

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Four Seasons Casablanca is my little oasis in the city, perched along the golden mile, where the streets are lined with palms and the beach seems to stretch endlessly—think Palm Beach, but with more tagine and fewer flamingos. The moment you step inside, it’s all opulence and elegance, with just the right amount of “I’ve-arrived” glamour. The staff? Impeccable. They strike that rare balance of being friendly, discreet, and somehow managing to appear just as you realize you need something. I stayed in one of their superior rooms—spacious, with a balcony big enough for morning musings. My view? Well, let's just say Anfa Place’s commercial complex wasn’t quite the romantic vista I had in mind, but if I leaned to the right and squinted, I caught a lovely slice of sea. Perfection, no—but close enough for me! And the bed? Absolute magic. It practically ate me whole every night, making mornings a real struggle. I would’ve happily stayed cocooned there all day, but breakfast awaits—and the breakfast at Four Seasons is worth rolling out of even the coziest bed. The view is spectacular: endless beach, a lighthouse in the distance, and Casablanca laid out in all its glory. The food is as extensive as the view, but the real star? Younnes. His Moroccan tea-pouring skills are nothing short of performance art, with an extra side of hospitality. On a slightly more dramatic note, one of my colleagues misplaced her wallet during the stay. To be fair, this may have been a case of classic travel mishap rather than anything else. But when we informed the front desk, the hotel staff immediately sprang into action, escorting us with two security personnel to check the room and reviewing the CCTV footage. Sadly, no wallet appeared, but their eagerness to help was impressive and reassuring. In short, the Four Seasons Casablanca isn’t just a place to stay—it's an experience. And despite the minor mishaps and slightly obstructed views, it remains my top pick in the city. I'll be back, if only to try another daring neck-tilt for that perfect sea view!
