A nice hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Friendly staff, good location for walking out to restaurants, good sized rooms and clean. There are only 3 lifts for this 28 storey building which is insufficient at busy times. There were several things (5) not working or were not right in my room which means they are not on top of maintenance ( hence average rating) nevertheless its a reasonable choice. I rate it as a four star hotel There is a nice restaurant and bar on floor 28 where you will pay a premium for the interesting views. Go to floor 27 and walk up the stairs

Room for Improvement

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

We stayed at the Kensi Hotel for two nights. Mohsen at the front desk gave us a room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the ocean and mosque. The bedding and pillows were comfortable, and the AC worked well, providing a spacious and relaxing environment. However, there were a few downsides. The room had a musty smell, which seemed like mold, indicating a need for deeper, professional cleaning beyond the regular post-checkout routine. Additionally, on our last day, the running water stopped completely due to nearby construction. This meant we couldn’t take a shower, wash our hands, or even use the toilet, which was quite inconvenient. Another issue is the parking system. They park your car for you, meaning you don’t have direct access, so it’s not convenient to leave anything inside. Lastly, the price felt quite high for the condition of the rooms. If the rate were lower, I would have easily rated the hotel four stars. For now, I’ll give it three stars due to the combination of issues we encountered.

Poor Service, great view.

The thermostat and bedside lamp did not work in the room, so I called the service several times. The bathroom was very modern. The diner on the 27th floor had an exquisite view of the city. Bring your camera. The elevators were a mess, with different technology for different units. Traffic and noise were outside until the early morning hours, making sleep difficult. There was no room to park or drop off in front. There was no gift shop. It's not family-friendly. Dining - small portions.

Absolute Moroccan hospitality and luxury

I recently had a 1 week stay at Kenzie Towers which is strategically located in the heart of Casablanca with all amenities very close by including great restaurants the ocean and the world famed Hassan II Mosque Staying at the Kenzi Tower Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Moroccan charm. The breathtaking views, luxurious rooms, and exceptional service made it one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Casablanca. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the Kenzi Tower Hotel offers an oasis of elegance in the heart of the city. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a five-star experience in Casablanca. I must say that everyone in the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty with their kindness, eagerness to help and serve and charming smiles Let me start by thanking Khalil the manager who assisted me and my wife at every step during our stay, and left us wanting for nothing, a great smile and a handshake in the morning and being ever so friendly and helping us with recommendations around town Our breakfast was included in the price which was great and Yassine our server in the second-floor buffet restaurant was outstanding even though it was a buffet he will tag along and serve us and deliver our prepared food that we had asked for and just making the whole experience wonderful and amazing This was our first time in this hotel, but I am sure it is not our last time as we will be coming back to stay here again in future trips to Casablanca
