Just returned from WJL. Our fourth visit to this fabulous resort. Cannot fault the staff who are always friendly, smiling and helpful. Our room was a two bed, two bathroom Hibiscus suite. Very close to the beach, meaning we didn’t have to take the shuttle buses as it was such a short walk. The maid service was excellent. Our room was always immaculate with plenty of clean towels and sheets changed frequently. My daughter and I took a few of the yoga sessions in the mornings. Shout-out to the lovely teacher. The restaurants were very accommodating with my vegan requirements. Servers are all very attentive. Musicians and singers were all great in the evenings. Our daughter water skied extensively on this trip and a special mention must be made to Gordon, Denver, Jamieson, Shurandi, Jn-Marl, Howard, Anthony, Junior, Caius, in fact all of the water sports crew are fantastic! The beach waiting staff were also great. Many thanks to Keenan and Shane who were very attentive and helpful. The main pool is being refurbished and this was taking place during our stay, but didn’t impact our trip at all. We look forward to returning to WJL and seeing the improvements they are making to the resort. Huge thanks to all of their lovely team.

This place really has it all. Beautiful resort, amazing service and great choice of things to do. Shout out to all the genuinely beautiful staff there that make it all work so seamlessly. I am a regular to the Caribbean but this place is next level.

A really nice hotel set in the hillside of St Lucia. The staff are really polite and very helpful. There are a number of restaurants you can eat from with varying foods with evening entertainment. The property that we stayed in was large and the air conditioning was excellent. The beach area is of ample length with a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas in place. There are also sporting activities like canoeing available free if you are all inclusive or bed and breakfast. There are also games in place on the beach like volleyball, table tennis and a game called corn hole. There were only two negatives that I can think of; firstly, there is a lot of seaweed a short distance from the shore so anyone who does not like the feel of seaweed on their feet then carry with you those swimming shoes. Secondly, there are very small ants that are in the rooms so don’t leave any food or drink out or else you will be eating another protein packed meal. As of our visit the main pool is being refurbished so during the day expect some noise. There are a number of other pools though and of course the beautifully warm Caribbean Sea. Over all an excellent and clean hotel and we will definitely be going back there. We have visited a number of hotels in St Lucia and when comparing prices etc windjammer is definitely right up there.

The resort was great and beautiful. We had an amazing, spacious villa up on the hillside about 0.7 miles up switchback roads from main resort and lobby area. Only item to get used to was having to call for hotel shuttles to ride up and down from villa for guests. So sometimes had to wait 5 to 8 minutes. And they had shuttle service constantly. The beach was also good with lots of chairs and tiki umbrellas to cover from sun. Nice protected bay with calm waters to relax in and lots of water activities. September was an off peak time so plenty of space as they seemed to be at 40% capacity. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Good service on most part. 4 to 5 restaurants with good options, but expect high prices one would expect for a resort. We did not take part in all inclusive for meals and some activities. But since we do not drink Alcohol it was about break even in costs for food and beverages. If one does drink, likely worth it to get discounted RCI all inclusive costs. There was some construction for main pool so unable to experience that aspect and could hear noises during day. But hardly noticed. Lastly, expect a 90+ minute drive from main island airport, Hewanorra to resort through windy inland roads. Overall would recommend resort!

marvelin and kemisha were absolute wonderful! They made my husband and I feel comfortable throughout our experience. We enjoyed the intimate bath accompanied with cake and wine. Our skin has never felt more smoothe. Cannot recommend the couples spa experience enough!
