We’ve stayed here several times now and always loved the hotel, its location, decor in the public areas, lovely rooms and views over the lake. This trip showed however that it really is not run effectively for those staying more than one or two nights. We’ve just completed a two week stay. Housekeeping was very, very poor. Coordination between front desk and housekeeping was weak, and front desk itself was not good. The one exception was a maintenance man called Dimitro, who listened to us explain an issue, quickly confirmed we were right, then stayed with the issue until it was fully solved - others there should learn from him. So, the issues: - until we asked, a week into our stay, our room was hardly serviced at all, e.g. no hoovering, no new sheets, no replacement of various items when they were used or ran out, and there was nothing anywhere to say ‘ask for a full service of your room if on a longer stay’. We foolishly thought that having taken our booking and not said to request a full service every few days, they were on the ball and would make sure it happened. - when we did ask for a full service, front desk promised it would be done while we were out that day. It wasn’t. - when we asked again, it was done that evening. Apparently a ‘full service’ after a week means new sheets, but no hoovering, no cleaning the bathroom floor, no replacing tissues, coffee stirrers/sugar, used glasses, because that is what we got. - on almost every day, something was not replenished, e.g. teabags, used glassware etc - when we spoke to the front desk, they seemed to latch on to the first item you described, then promised to fix that, but clearly didn’t take in anything else you were trying to mention. - when asking for a teabag one evening as none had been left, front desk appeared confused as to what a teabag was. Finally one was promised, but never arrived. - Something, every day……. I don’t blame the individuals in housekeeping. This is surely very poor management, poor instructions and little or no checks on quality of service provided. Finally, the car parking. When we arrived, I asked front desk if we could park on the street. I was told a very strict ‘No’, street parking was residents only, and the only option was hotel valet parking. We valet parked for the first night, then having spoken to the valets, got a different story: of course you can park on the street, that’s what the many visitors to Celebration do every day, just try not to park where a resident might want to park overnight, e.g. directly in front of someone’s house. We parked on the street for the rest of the holiday, no problem. However, on check out, the front desk said payment was ok, thank you for staying, goodbye. As I wanted to change the card I was paying with, I asked to see a printout of my bill. They had charged me, subsequently removed when I pointed out their error, for 14 nights valet parking (c. $490) rather than the c. $35 including tax for the one night I had valet parked. As I say, we have stayed here several times before, in stays up to seven days, going back to before it was a Marriott Autograph property. We’ve never had any issues like these with housekeeping or front desk before. Maybe a two week stay is something that the hotel is just not managed and run to deliver effectively.

We have visited this Autograph Collection hotel a handful of times over the years and have always found it to be exceptional. The renovations & updates were a welcome change, but the housekeeping was less than adequate. We found ourselves at the front desk asking for toilet paper & tissues as ours were not replaced during our week long stay. We booked last fall and their renovations were completed in January of this year. We received NO communications about the pool being filled in. Not one Marriott representative took responsibility for not notifying us prior to our visit that the pool was no longer on site. We had to pay at another resort to use their pool as well as pay for Ubers to get there. Our vacation ended up costing us much more and the inconvenience factor made our trip less enjoyable. The Inn at Celebration's solution to our concerns was to credit us 5,000 points to our rewards account...

Rarely write reviews but this hotel deserved it. Large group staying at this property multiple days for work, upon entering the room things looked great and clean, decent water pressure for a Mariott shower head but that was the last positive thing. Upon leaving day one I return to all towels removed and exactly one left. No refresh of anything else in the room. Went to front desk where they genuinely seemed to care wrote down my room number and handed me exactly one more towel. I figured that would be it. Day two zero service and we had returned after a long day of work past 9pm. I went back to the front to explain again that nothing was done and they handed me two towels this time and wrote my room number down. Day three! No services again or replenishment but upon opening my door a guy was pushing a giant cart of towels down the hall and I asked for towels, he kept going waved me off and said he'd be right back. After an hour of nothing I went and got towels again from the front desk. I departed early from this hotel and didn't bother to check out because I bet they didn't notice. Most of our group experienced the same. Lots of issues getting the basic coffee replenished and refused when asked. For the price they are billing this is not the category they are delivering. Only positive is there is some nice restaurants in walking distance to get out of there.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it because it said it had a swimming pool; it has not they have filled it in but they don't tell anyone. We only ate one meal in the hotel after which I was very ill. HouseKeeping was variable with the room often not tidied up or the coffee things replaced. When one complained all that was said "its not my job". The water was tepid again on complaining we were told that for this type of hotel this is what you get. Reception would not book a local restaurant or even order one a taxi. This place should be avoided at all costs

Do not eat here!!! The world’s worst paella, “Disgusting”. $70.00 for a plate of super salty mush with a couple pieces of calamari a few terrible mussels and no shrimp or grouper as stated on their menu. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Will not return

“Excellent location. Fun to walk around the village area and around the lake and the bar is the happening place at night. Since it is not in the Disney complex it is quieter with less kids. Beautiful rooms. Perfect for a couple.”
