nice hotel. big rooms. nice pool and hot tub. limited food options. cleaning staff would forget something very day like toilet paper one day and towels the next.

I was happy with the room, which was spacious, and the pool, which was beautiful. The issue was with the happy hour. The bartender with short hair was super nice and professional, but the other one — the older guy with long dark hair — was extremely rude. The first time, he made a racist comment about the customer in front of me, and the second time, he served me without acknowledging me and stared at me in a very aggressive way. People around him were clearly shocked by his behavior. It’s these little things that can ruin an otherwise great stay. Without that bartender, I would have rated this place 4 or 5 stars. He really needs to be fired, and fast. The rest of the staff is great

We had requested 2 rooms close to each other once arrived we were on different floors and different buildings, We spoke with the manager and she did everything possible to get us as close as they could. We got suites instead floors 3 and 4 in the same building.

Room was stark white- felt like a sanitarium from the ‘80’s- no pictures, flimsy furniture, nowhere to put towels in bathroom. If you’re going to the parks & are sleeping only, it might be ok but don’t pay more than a bottom of the line hotel. Value rooms at Disney are cheaper & better.

I highly recommend the hotel, the restaurant lacks in customer service and presented rudeness by an employee. I will use this experience when training future employees in my workplace. I was so upset I could have cried. I took the high road and decided one rude person would not base my future decision.
