The Spectator Hotel

This boutique hotel with complimentary breakfast and butler service really delivers a high end experience. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and stunning. Having complimentary snacks in the room was perfect. My husband and I ordered drinks up to the room and they arrived within 10 minutes. This hotel is also located right in the middle of everything. Whether you want to eat, walk the market, or shop; you are within walking distance to it all. We asked the butler to book my family a private carriage ride and he did right away at the time we specified. This hotel is more than worth it.

My husband gifted me a Gatsby experience at this hotel for March 2025 as a date ‘weekend’ for Christmas. 3 nights experience. The bill was $3500. We just received a call there was a computer glitch and he needed to pay an additional $1700. We cancelled the entire trip. This is a grotesque over charge. I’m embarrassed for this hotel. Their fault. And we have to pay? You should be ashamed of yourself.

Lots of great choices in “ChuckTown” for a memorable stay- but we always choose the Spectator. The overall experience is in a class by itself. Darryl, Michelle,Stephanie,Tanisha,Wade, Russ and the rest of the team are customer focused with an incomparable desire to make sure that your stay is next level. What a special place- can’t wait to return!

This boutique hotel was a wonderful surprise. Great service. Everyone is assigned a butler on arrival. The rooms are high tech with lots of amenities. The mini bar is stocked and free. Breakfast is also included. The bathroom was large and inviting.

2nd stay at the Spectator was great. Convenient valet parking by James, butler’s Michelle and Daryll provided great service. I really like the walkability once we’re checked in. Restaurants that we had reservations for were within 5-10 minutes. In room beverages and our espresso machine as well as snacks were great take alongs on our walk. Especially nice is the breakfast. Delivered right on time each day by the butler’s. Rooms spacious, bathroom very large and the towel warmer is a nice touch.
