Chatham Bars Inn never disappoints
We had a lovely waterfront cottage and awoke to the most beautiful sunrise ever! The beds were extremely comfortable made up with buttery soft, high thread-count linens. We had a fireplace in our room, and there was a delicious welcome amenity and note awaiting us upon arrival. Service was impeccable from beginning to end. Can't wait to go back!

Disgusted!
I live on Cape Cod full time and was fortunate enough to join family for a very special birthday celebration at CBI. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for all of us. Upon arrival into the suite, the first thing I noticed was the condition of the furniture and was horrified. This room was extremely expensive and one would expect an exquisite room. The chairs in the dining area and the living room were disgusting. They were all dirty along the top and also on the seat cushions. There were holes and an actual blood stain on others. We also had a water leak in the ceiling and needed buckets to collect the water. I contacted the new general manager who was embarrassed to say the least. This beautiful and expensive inn is in desperate need of renovations! To think that this was ok for them to charge $$$$$ was an absolute joke. Shame on CBI!!!

Chatham Bars Inn Pampered!
We took advantage of CBI’s educator’s discount to spend a weekend honoring my mother who passed away in January. My mother worked at the inn during the summers of 1952-54. Our experience was exceptional. The staff were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a suite room in one of their cottages! It was very comfortable and the view was delightful. The Sacred Cod and Stars restaurants were fantastic. Not only was the food fabulous, but so were the servers! Highly recommend! Thank goodness for the valet service! The weather was not cooperative this weekend and it was so special to be brought back and forth from our cottage room! 5 star rating all around.
