The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu

today, i went to Ritz Carlton chengdu for having my dinner at Spices. from welcoming entrance to say good bye, they and their behavior is really very warming with their smily face. specially Brianna, Daisy, Liz , ella and I can't express enough about their food, i found biriyani rice , butter chicken, curry beef there, that reminds me my country. apart from this they also have different kind of dishes, all of them are very delicious, i love their pizza

Evan, the concierge, is warm and courteous and makes guests feel like they are home. Very helpful advice for my family and I during our stay was extremely helpful for our trip. There is no doubt I would choose this hotel again next time. All the best.

Chengdu is an advanced city with most of the world brands, including hotel brands. I compared different premium hotels in Chengdu; the Ritz in Chengdu by far does the best job amongst its peers. There are many hotels in Chengdu that appear to be grand; professionalism and details, however, cannot be easily reached. It takes both world-class brand standards and elit local management to maintain a high level guest experience, day in and day out - if you had the chance, try the club access 行政酒廊 (you could purchase as an add on to any room as well). Mr. Hasnain and his team will wow you with incredible experience and all-day services in case you’d prefer to have a relaxed day in the ritz. Surely I feel the amount of money I spent, yet I have absolutely no regret and nothing to complain about of my experience with Hasnain and his team. My experience here at this location put Ritz-Carlton higher on my list. In any case I’m already looking forward to going back to the Ritz of Chengdu. (By the way, their bar tender on the 27th floor Flair bar, Kyle, also highly trained and professional 👍 I have my fair share of comparisons 🥃 from the states 😎)

Unfortunately we spent only 2 nights in the hotel. I'm writing unfortunately because everything was so perfect that we really didn't want to leave! We booked a suite - one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in and the bathroom was absolutely amazing! Spacious, modernly equipped and with a wonderful view, which completed the luxurious atmosphere. From the very check-in at the reception, where we were immediately greeted by a kind and helpful receptionist, we felt welcome. The receptionist gave us useful information about the hotel and its services, and then escorted us to our room, which was a nice gesture. We also tried out the hotel bar during our stay - the drinks selection was great and the staff very attentive and friendly which added to the overall experience. The breakfasts were absolutely perfect! An amazing selection of almost everything you can think of in the morning - fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, homemade jams, quality coffee... simply great! Every morning we looked forward to what was waiting for us at the buffet. We will definitely be happy to return to this hotel! It was one of those places where you really relax and enjoy every moment.
