Superb… Equal to a FourSeasons or Mandarin Oriental
Yes, *2/3 of the staff don’t speak English. But 1/3 do, notably the manager of the 39th floor Executive Lounge and Wayne, the personable and efficient Front of House Manager. And all the staff are charming and willing, with an apparent wish to make a guest’s stay as pleasant as possible . (*incidentally, the ratio was about the same at the Canopy by Hilton in Chengdu 4 days earlier.) Notable features are a superb quality bed, a massage chair in rooms on the Executive Floor and the Aqua di Parma toiletries in the bathroom. Overall, there’s a refreshing impression that this is NOT a hotel operating to a budget. The extravagant decor may be too like the Venetian in Macau or Las Vegas for some tastes, but it’s certainly a luxury offering. Recommended

Good trip
It was a great service, great facilities and a very special stay. I will come back next time with my friends. And the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and patient. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come back.

It's my second time to choose this hotel and the experience was excellent. The location in the city center, convenient transportation and considerate service. I really like the breakfast of the hotel.

Chengdu Hotel TOP series Strong Amway wave Love this Ruihua for a long time I always liked the decoration style and design of this house If you come to Chengdu, don't miss it The overall color of the hotel is dark, giving people a feeling of thick luxury super texture, the jade mural in the 41st floor sky lobby must be punched. The room is still quite comfortable and their bed is really easy to sleep in!! This is a good location, facing Jinjiang River, backed by Tianfu Square, 10 minutes' walk from Chunxi Road to Taikoo Li.

A special experience
I just had a joyful chitchat with my friends, they enjoyed their stay at Wanda Reign Chengdu a lot. the staff are friendly, made my friends feel at home. They shared many siteseeing places and history of Chengdu by the introduction of jade wall 41F Lobby, totally different experience. I made the right decision to choose Wanda Reign Chengdu.
