Hyatt Regency Chennai

Beautiful and comfortable room! Plenty of space for working on my computer. Room were good. Housekeeping attendant, Badrul, had a keen eye to detail and ensured he kept the things the way I like. Breakfast buffet had a good and decent spread. Variety of options for veg and non/veg. The only drawback: upon using the pool, it was hard to find my way to it. There were no clear signs that one had to go to it via the spa. From the spa’s spiral staircase to the pool, the area lacked care. Looked old and not taken well care of. Something can be done to entice guests to visit it more often.

We came out for lunch event at Hyatt with my collegues but food is not up to mark. There are less varieties. No fresh fruit juices or no beverages included in buffet. Only some desserts are good and not that much up to mark. Very disappointed with food. But the service is good

The food was so good and the service of each and every person working there. Kartik and Pradeep from spice haat took very good care. The chat chef was extremely sweet. The place is full of yummy food and sweet people. Chef Sukanta is incharge of the Spice haat I guess and although couldn’t go to the live counter, the chef himself came and gave us some food to try. Chef Satyandra was so good with all the chat food.

Service and the hotel in general was very good. Very happy with the amenities, location and overall check in and out experience. The pool area is nice. The gym is fairly good for a hotel and the restaurants are quite nice. They are mid- to high prices.

Came here for a family dinner buffet and things were well Organized with wide cuisine spread . Our table was attended by Sweety and Sukumar on time . Looking forward to visit again. Quality of all the food items were high and tastier as well . Thanks
