Noisy and smells of food!
The Hotel is focused on revenues from its various banquets and not on other customers staying there . It’s very noisy - even within the rooms and the entire hotel constantly smells of food . It was a terrible stay. I booked the hotel hoping for a good nights sleep and this basic need eluded me!

Dinner at Spice Haat Hyatt Regency
Nice ambience. Courteous and helpful staffs. Special mention for Ms Nipsha and Mr Rajesh who took great care of us. Non veg spread could have been more with added salad options. Dessert counter was nice. Overall nice experience. We would love to visit again.

Best hotel in Chennai
Hotel is located in the city centre of Chennai and easily accessible. Service was excellent and staff are friendly and professional. 3rd time staying at this hotel in 2024. Good amenities and large and comfortable rooms. There is 3 restaurants in this hotel with variety of cuisines.

Nice and relaxing stay
Great hotel, lovely and helpful staff. Especially Duty Manager Sawin Kumar who provides very good hospitality. The pool was closed during our stay, it would of been good to be told before hand. The breakfast was very good and lots to choose from

Amazing staff
We had an extremely warm welcome and prompt check-in after a long trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is really comfy and total blackout blinds. Breakfast had a massive selection which was nicely presented. The staff are really good but Avhi, Athulya and Neha went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were very attentive, helpful and friendly, you have 3 gems working their hardest to please guests.
