Great staff
Although a bit tired in places the staff were very friendly and helpful, they organised a taxi to take us out for the day, to Doh Inthanon which was a good day out. They also organised our half day elephant experience which was fantastic. I celebrated a birthday whilst there and they must have seen my birthday cards as they left a birthday cake for me, how thoughtful. I would recommend.

Looking for TIP at the lounge
My partner had back operation at the hospital opposite the hotel, TIP Lounge staff taking care of us so well. She offer assistance for all comfortable we can have. Excellent service from Tip FB staff. You guys should looking for her. Great service. You should looking for Tip, we love her.

The room is clean and spacious staff very helpful during our stay in this hotel Breakfast was very nice and all variety of food was in the buffet every day they changed the menu. Apichart Restaurant manager he was very helpful and very polite and professional very good in english for communication and manage my trip . front desk Phai helped me to find out my telephone on cctv . and j he very welcome for every guest I will coming back 100% and stay this hotel
