Holiday Inn Chiangmai

We had booked for 2 nights at this Hotel for a family of 3 and we had a great time here. The room was relatively large with a large bath area. All stuffs were provided in the room so we do not have issues in making our own tea and coffee. Some fruits were provided in the room. The beds were well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was superb with the spread and choices. We depended heavily on vegetables and eggs as we do not eat port or beef which are plentiful in the breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was an excellent stay for my family. We did not use the swimming pool. We were in a non-smoking room. The view of the city was great and one day we had a stunning sunrise in the morning which we could see from the room.

Good hotel, staff were all very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Concierge was very good helping us choose some day trips out exploring Chaing Mai. The room was large with a great view of the river, everything was spotlessly clean, maybe my only comment would be the room was a little bit dated and old fashioned but that didn’t impact on our stay at all and didn’t really notice after one day. The pool area was excellent with good waiter service for food and drinks, fairly priced. The bar area was very nice with nice seating and again great service, big thank you to Tip serving us during our stay, she is a credit to your hotel! The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and all very nice. Would recommend this hotel! Some nice restaurants within walking distance too including the Terrace Seafood Restaurant.

Beautiful lobby bar and outside seating area next to the river. The cocktails and food are excellent. All the staff are efficient, friendly, and kind. Ask for Lek-she's the best. It has become my go to place to unwind at the end of the day. Great spot!

This is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. We could find no faults. The staff was warm and friendly and looked out for our needs. They bent over backwards to help us when we needed help.The room and hallways were large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too! Our only complaint was that the air conditioning in the common areas was way too cold.

Please see previous review. It is an exceptionally well staffed hotel, good management and most helpful. A very relaxed large hotel on the river side with most comfortable large rooms and quiet ambience.
