Duty Manager Ms Unchalee Jaitue made us so comfortable, we extended our stay. Her communication skills very good, she connect with people very friendly to make them happy and comfortable. She could be good trainer. Housekeeping very good.Good Breakfast,good Resturant on Riverside. Management of the Hotel is lucky to have a wonderful Duty Manager Ms Unchalee Jaitue always found Smiling 😃 😊 Along with her Staff.

Horrible showing water, brown muddy water flowing from shower head and floor trap choked like ponding when bathing.

Today we went for lunch to the lobby bar in the Centara Riverside, Chiang Mai I was particularly keen to try the lunch dim sum menu We also went because Milk (Sunisa Saenchang) is now the assistant outlet manager there. I have known Milk for more than 10 years. Her hospitality, people skills and knowledge of food on the menus that she brings to any restaurant are 2nd to none. She was accompanied by her long time assistant Lek (Ms Thanakanok) who is the bar supervisor and makes fantastic cocktails. I ordered way too much! All the food was fabulous!! I loved the crispness of the deep-fried pork belly the flavour of the dim sum soup and the Peking duck was spectacular. I can highly recommend a visit to the lobby bar where Milk and Lek will take outstanding care of you🧸🙏🏻.
