Great from beginning to end
I arrived earlier than expected and was exhausted from a long night of traveling. But everyone on staff was so kind and welcoming it really perked me back up! Helen especially worked to get me a room early so I could take a much needed nap. Would come back!

Exceeded Expectations
We got adjoining rooms including a corner suite- fit five women celebrating a birthday. Rooms were spacious, clean and smelled normal- not funky, not bleachy, just normal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, comfy beds. Would return for sure.

Best staff ever
Everything about our tonight stay was absolutely fantastic. Irina at the front desk started us off with a smile and an amazingly good attitude and was so incredibly helpful during our two days with everything that we needed. We have stayed at 21c several times and it is always a pleasure mostly because the staff are incredible and the food was amazing and the next time we're back in Chicago this is where we will stay.

Very kind front desk!
Fatima was extremely kind and helpful when I arrived! Valet hadn’t arrived yet for the morning shift and she went above and beyond making sure my car would get taken asap when they arrived. She even went as far as offering to bring me valet ticket to the room I was working with clients in that morning.

Fun weekend getaway from NC
Most excellent service - concierge front guest services : Helen! Took care of everything from the start! 21C your lucky to have Helen, fantastic customer service! The art is so fun to stroll and don’t forget the restaurant for breakfast and dinner! Delicious
