21c Museum Hotel Chicago

I arrived early on a Saturday morning and was able to check in really early. Fatima was at the front desk— she upgraded my room, checked me in, and gave me a few suggestions for local restaurants! She is lovely and so welcoming! Highly recommend!!

This stay was our second in just over a month. The location is ideal and close to so many fun opportunities. The staff is always amazing! Alyssa and Irena made our check-in extra special. The Lure Fishbar is provides a unique and luxurious dining experience with excellent food.

Fatima offered so much assistance to that helped us out so much. She was very relatable and understanding of my situation. She is extremely personable, 10/10 service, and wonderful mannerisms. She went above and beyond to work out our issues.

I just have to say that Fatima is absolutely incredible—truly the best front desk staff member I’ve ever encountered! From the moment I walked into the hotel, she greeted me with such a warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality that immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was she super efficient with the check-in process, but she also answered all my questions with care and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Fatima does it with so much heart and grace. She made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. Honestly, if I could rate her higher than 10/10, I absolutely would! Fatima deserves every bit of recognition for her outstanding work and dedication. I hope the hotel management knows how lucky they are to have her on the team—she is a true gem and absolutely deserves everything good coming her way!

Exceptional front desk crew, especially Alyssa & Emily. The hotel has a great location.it is only blocks from Michigan Avenue and other enticing shopping areas. The rooms were very clean & the restaurant was not disappointing. The cocktails were quite good.
