Fairmont Chicago’s new design catapulted it to the top of hotel options in The Loop, Chicago’s business and theater district that’s home to many of the city’s cultural attractions. Past an opulent gold-hued lobby awaits a collection of guest rooms dressed in a natural color palette of cream, chocolate and mossy green highlighted by a bold floral print from Warwick Orme. Marble baths come with a separate rainfall shower and soaking tub, and for further relaxation, the spa offers couples’ soaks in a sumptuous suite.

This past weekend I celebrated my birthday at The Fairmont Chicago. I was immediately greeted by Mya who welcomed me in with a warm welcome, big smile and great enthusiasm, her attention to detail of the property made me feel like I was at home. Such a great experience, Thank you Mya and Fairmont team for an incredible stay, I will be back sooner than later!

My family and I had an amazing stay here. The staff were very welcoming and nice - special shout out to the concierge Gail Walker. She was simply put amazing. Her professionalism and kindness were second to none. She helped us book several delightful activities around Chicago and was always there for us. It was truly a pleasure to stay at the Fairmont Chicago. We will be coming back!

This is an excellent place at the heart of Chicago downtown. The hotel is well kept, nicely decorated and recently renovated. What stands out are the staffs and their services. They are genuinely caring and helpful. We got an upgrade that included breakfast. Great value for the money we spent. In particular Taramra and Mandanna were excellent in theire job at the food lounge and we loved talking to them. Great food, service and and well spent Christmas break!

The location is very good and quiet, specially with a CVS just in front. We stayed at the Gold Suite and it was excellent but came with the first cons: the TV set does connect to Netflix nor Amazon Primevideo. The lounge was very cosy, food was very good and specially Mandara was very kind with us. I have to commend the three managers we met too: Colleen, Tim and Mavlub. The other two unexpectged situations: at night the reception clerks are so cold they are almost rude. The last time I had to talk to one of them I was uneasy and my wife was impressed how cold the lady was and even avoiding to look at me. At last, despite having a full staffed reception and a room to store bags, everything costumers buy and send to the hotel they send it to a FedEx office downstairs that charges by weight.

Went for a weekend with family and friends. Booked two weeks early and received good communication about the property along with directions to valet. Clean room was ready upon arrival and beautiful amenity followed along with turn down. We met for drinks the first night in the lobby that was activated with a winter lodge aestetic. Breakfast in Toro was nice with a good crowd (wife really liked the eggs). We chose to host a group of 12 in the lounge later that day where they accomodated with a reservation, live music, and quick service. There was a large group in house that all seemed to be organized and well organized. Great location with easy walk to the Bean, restaurants, and shopping. Will chose to return on our next visit to Chicago. Thanks
