Hilton Chicago

Great service, food and restaurant selection was very nice, and love the nostalgic vibes of this hotel. Location is great as well. Easy access to all areas of Chicago. The hop on/hop off bus stop is right in front of the hotel and makes it very convenient to use.

Had a great time at the Hilton Chicago! It's close to Lake Michigan and within walking distance to all the attractions, food, and public transit you'd need. The ADA room was spacious and worked well for me. Tyler from the HGV team greeted us on our way out and gave us a great deal for another stay! Will definitely come back to this specific location. Ask Tyler for all your HGV needs!

I didn't expect such poor service from a Hilton hotel. Where do I even begin? The bed sheets and comforter were full of dog furs. They said they would clean the room every morning if we just kept the privacy sticker off. I did that, but no one came to clean the room. I saw the housekeepers in front of my room in the morning and asked them if they could clean my room. They bluntly told me that they weren't responsible for that particular room and left to attend to other rooms. I had called them twice before arrival to confirm that my reservation was in order, and they assured me everything was fine. Since they had already charged me for the first night, I assumed they would have my room ready. However, when we arrived at night, they informed us that the room we reserved wasn't available. Instead, they offered us a different room. What's the point of reserving and paying in advance if they can't honor the reservation? The front desk was understaffed, with only two people working during the busiest time. We had to wait in a long line for any inquiries. Considering the price, the rooms lacked basic amenities like a microwave. We had brought some food to the room, but we had to throw it out because there was no way to heat it. The WiFi wasn't working, and I'm not sure if it was an issue with my phone or the hotel's connection. I asked the staff about it three times, but they didn't make any effort to resolve the issue. I had to use my mobile data the entire time. I can go on and on! I always get far better service in $100 hotels than this. Very disappointing!!

Tracy HGV was friendly and amazing and made my stay just as amazing! The room was spacious and all the staff were great. The food and restaurants kept me full and the entertainment around the hotel kept us busy. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!

Tracy is a wonderful HGV representative. She is polite, knowledgeable, and very understanding. I look forward to seeing her in the near future on my next trip here so that I can take advantage of the magnificent deal we discussed! I really enjoyed my stay here.
