Ozel was incredibly kind and informative during my stay here at Hilton Chicago! He and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during my short trip to Chicago. The amenities are superb and the lobby is beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Stayed in the hotel with my husband for our special day! Such an elegant and beautiful place! First of all thank you Jane from HGV for your recommendation, you were right and it was exactly the right place! The service was excellent, the room service one of the best. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back!

Regal elegant hotel

This hotel is so elegant and fancy. It was built in 1927 and the grand ballroom is so regal. The hotel is so large and has so many different types of rooms. The service was excellent and check in and check out is so quick. It is a lot of walking and switching elevators depending on what floor you are. Was here for a conference and the food was excellent and the rooms were perfect for classes.

Excellent property. Even the pub meals we ordered at 11 pm were great and served with enthusiasm and happiness, which sadly seems to be lacking everywhere else these days. GM Misoon Kong and her entire team are to be commended—great hotel. When choosing Chicago hotels, make Hilton Chicago your first and only choice. And with Buddy Guy’s literally right next door, you should stay here for every show there.
