Appreciation
The staff are all very nice especially Alex, Al & Michael (the doorman) & the other one. Overall everyone are very accommodating. The coffee & other drinks are a plus. The valet people are quick. The hotel is neat & clean. The hotel are far much better than a 5 star hotel. It’s a five star hotel. My grandkids got a little toy as their welcome gift. Thank you very much for a safe & wonderful Christmas time in your hotel.

Excellent stay!
Clean, clean, clean. Amazing staff. The view from the treadmill of the city was incredible and the gym had quality pieces to fit any workout. Fresh coffee each morning in the lobby was a big bonus. Huge bathroom/ shower. CTA subway lines were very convenient. Even our teenager liked it!!

Large, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Easy access (low threshold) shower. Recommend that you call ahead and request a room with a good view. Excellent location near the Loop. Rooms have refrigerators with freezers as well as microwaves. This was my second stay here. Good rates.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff
Great location within a 15 minute walk from union station and to shops and restaurants. 2 coffee shops across from hotel. Lovely cafe attached that I went for breakfast in twice. Really friendly staff. Shout out to Micheal the bellman for being so friendly and kind. Even gave 2 little teddies to bring home to my kids. Room was very clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, friendly service
I was in town for a conference, and the location worked well. Walking distance to restaurants and transit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was on the 8th floor, which did involve navigating a short set of stairs after getting off the elevator. Not an issue for me, but may be a surprise to someone not expecting it. Room was comfortable and relatively quiet (for being in a busy downtown area). Felt safe, no issues.
