Hyatt Regency Chicago

We would like to comment on our fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always loved the property, amenities, and service. This time, we were there to celebrate our Son’s 30th birthday. The people, from the management down to housekeeping, were very attentive to our needs, and made us feel at home. Nick, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process simple and quick. He was very hospitable and genuine, working to make our stay comfortable and without worry. Dylan, the director of Quality Assurance, went out of his way to help us with our accommodations and address all of our needs. It was also wonderful to visit the staff in the Regency Club. Deontae, Yvette, Candice, and Aileen are to be commended for their high level of service. They treated us like family, and made sure that we were in the best of care. Carlton, our server in the restaurant, was fantastic! He made sure our Son’s birthday breakfast was truly memorable. Overall, our stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel was a true highlight of our Son’s birthday weekend. We will definitely book another stay at this hotel, and spread the word that this property is one of the best in the Hyatt chain of hotels.

We had such an amazing weekend in Chicago! This hotel is very walkable to popular locations. We went for a girls weekend and felt very safe with a security presence and key access required. Our room was very clean and spacious. Any staff we talked with from the check in to the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return for our next Chicago adventure.

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. Beautiful, clean rooms, excellent service and a prime location on the river. Youbcan easily walk to many outstanding restaurants and venues - including the art museum and the park. The front desk is always staffed and all employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I arrived for a business conference but was also able to rest and relax thanks to the experience. The hotel staff were excellent at customer service and attention. My room had a beautiful view of the river and was very comfortable. The big bar was a great place to continue the conversations after work.

This is always an excellent stay. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and efficient. I like chatting with the bartenders in the Big Bar. They remember me when I visit. It's also conveniently located to the river, Michigan Ave, Millenial Park, and Navy Pier.
