Hyatt Regency Chicago

I have stayed here before but this is the first time since they remodeled. Checkin was fast and desk staff made me feel welcome. Beautiful city view room. Excellent firm pillows per my request. Had a great burger from the restaurant. Water pressure in shower was a little low and would be helped by shower heads with multiple settings.

The room was nice. I loved the Lakeview! The hotel was so accommodating. I really enjoyed the areas where people could sit and congregate to talk and spend time together. The American Craft restaurant was wonderful, with great food and great socializing.

The Hyatt Regency Wacker Drive in Chicago has been updated and is fantastic! Customer service at the front desk, in the Regency Club, at the bar, in the breakfast restaurant and in the Valet department were all top notch. The room refreshes have made a huge difference at this location - everything is fresh and has been modernized. The fitness center has all new and state-of-the-art equipment. Do not hesitate to stay at this location!

Our experience at the Hyatt was a great experience. From the time we pulled up to the property, we were warmly greeted, and all of our needs were attended too. The check-in process was seamless and very efficient, to going to the rooms to feeling very comfortable while we were there. I highly recommend this Hyatt property if you're staying in the downtown area of Chicago. The rooms were very clean, as well as all of the restaurant facilities on the property. You will not be disappointed.

The rooms were nicely decorated, and the matrix was firm and comfortable, promoting a great night sleep. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, whether I dined in the restaurant, enjoyed meals prepared for our conference, or purchased items from the Market. Everything was better than anticipated.
