Hyatt Regency Chicago

Great stay, near downtown and subway station. Service at the hotel was fast and rooms were stocked and clean. View from hotel was good. Stayed on the 33rd floor which was cool. Would come back again. Very friendly staff and got bottle water daily with my stay.

We stayed in a river view suite (room 2070) on St. Patrick’s day weekend. Amazing view of the river, spacious and modern room, and the hotel had short elevator and front desk wait-times despite the huge influx of people in town for the holiday.

Hyatt Regency Chicago is my #1 place to stay when visiting the Windy City! The guest service experience always exceeds my expectations. The employees always do their best to anticipate and accommodate my needs. The rooms are always very clean and are pretty big for a hotel in downtown Chicago. The heat/air unit is easy to operate so your room temperature is to your liking. Even though this is a very large hotel, rooms are very quiet. It usually feels like you are the only person there, once you are in the room. There are some rooms with excellent views of the city/river/lake. Each room has a refrigerator and very large tv. The lighting is designed well, from task lights for reading to relaxing lights for ambience in the room. There are multiple electrical outlets and charging ports for all your needs. I always enjoy my stay here and feel comfortable and at home.

Best time ever for a St Paddy's weekend. Hotel had big bar that accommodated massive groups and kept up with great service. Room was perfect views and staff was very nice. This is the place to stay in Chicago for location and atmosphere. I will stay here again.

Went for a business conference but brought family since it was spring break. Hotel is very comfortable and clean, check was easy, friendly staff and got an upgraded river view which was excellent because we were there for the dyeing of the river! Location is excellent on the river and right off all the shopping on Michigan Ave.
