Great place for a weekend get away
I love going to the Hyatt Chicago as it is really in the center of everything that I like to go to as in Theater, food, shopping, the river walk and a Bears game. The Hotel itself is wonderful and massive. the personnel is second to none in my opinion

Great location for Downtown Chicago!
Great location for visiting and experiencing Downtown Chicago!! The hotel itself is an entertaining night spot with its bars and restaurants on location. Will definitely keep it in the destination rotation for Chicago. The pillows were flat and there's no room service, otherwise it would be 5 star review.

Rude service
Reception personel was very rude and discriminatory bevause some problemsnwith the payment platmform. The room is ok. I think for this category I will choose another hotel next time,nI've been in hyatt hotels before but I didn't experienced somethong similar

Not the same as it used to be
I spent 5 days at this hotel in 2010 after my wedding. It was an amazing experience at that time, so I was excited to stay there again. I was very disappointed to find that there is no room service in this hotel. Breakfast for 3 people cost over $100. I will not be staying there again.

Great to stay at but be mindful of oversight
Hotel overall was good and all staff were helpful and friendly. was given the incorrect room: requested accessible shower and did not recieve one. Staff told me a food credit was available but could not use it an instructed. Had to pay out of pocket. Lines too long to correct issues with room and food.
