Excellent Stay
I have nothing but high marks for my stay! The interior of the hotel i top notch, with a beautiful lobby. Everything was better than expected. The staff, particularly the person at the check in desk, were all great. Good food as well! Consider this hotel for your stay in Chicago

Middle of Chicago hotel great
Great location. Hotel was pretty good overall. Definitely recommend. Only issue was the auto lights in the bathroom going off in the middle of a shower and no way to turn them back on without exiting shower. The rest was great. Connecting rooms worked well. Elevators were fast. I like direct access to the tunnels which is great during Winter.

Great value, nice view of Navy Pier, great food, incredible tv and entertainment options on tv, in-room Peloton workouts, modern room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, great sushi. Wonderful staff and we appreciated the service to get to and from the room with luggage and the hotel valet. We will definitely stay again.

Great staff comfy beds food was ok bell hops were Great helped alot came to car loaded bags on carts got luggage to room quickly other staff was helpful on locations of stores for needed items kind curious and friendly highly recommend using thos location can't wait to go back in 2026

Had excellent time at the hotel. From the great, comfortable room with a view. The extra treat was the Living Room and delicious tacos. The food at the luncheon was delicious. There was a beautiful ice sculpture at our events. My 3 day 2 night stay weekend stay was enjoyable!!!!!
