Great brand , great location but needs some finesse.
This hotel has magnificent views and the suite was superb. The food is excellent too. However it is weird that even if you book a suite at $1,500 per night you don’t get access to the Lounge or the Club - unlike other Langhams such as the spectacular Langhams in London

Family-friendly luxury in a big city.
We recently stayed at Langham and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was top-notch—every detail was attended to with care. The valet team made arrivals and departures seamless. One of the highlights for us was how accommodating the hotel was for our little one. They even have a playroom on the 8th floor, which was a wonderful surprise. The property itself is stunning, and the amenities truly live up to the "luxury" label. From the comfortable rooms, outstanding dining, health club, and swimming pool, every moment of our stay was a delight. We can’t recommend Langham enough.

Staycation
I cannot rave enough!!!! My son and I stayed here for his birthday and we had a ball!! Every single aspect was top tier! Patrick showed us to the kid's suite and was so genuine and kind! The valet guy had the most amazing outfit and hat!! Check out they gave my son a bear for his birthday! Room service was top tier, the came in and set up the table, and even poured my cup of coffee! The bed was so comfortable I got the best sleep ever! We spent hours in the pool and hot tub with infused water provided and clean everything! I am just in awe and cannot wait to go back! Thank you for this experience!!

Wonderful city break
We loved the Langham in Chicago - the service was exceptional from arrival to departure. The club lounge was a lovely way to unwind and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool was a nice way to loosen the legs after a long day touring Chicago. Will definitely be returning!
