The people here are amazing. I was treated very kindly, friendly, and welcoming. Even calling reservations was great. I never felt rushed, (and I ask a lot of questions). The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the 24/7 airport shuttle, (free). It runs every 15 minutes! No waiting in the freezing weather for an hour. It was great! The hotel price was high, but not in comparison to other hotels around the area. And you get what you pay for. The front desk was awesome. I showed up at 01:00 in the morning, and the front desk staff was super nice. I didn't feel guilty, like I sometimes do, because I know I just woke someone up, sleeping in the back. Not these nice people. It never felt like it was the middle of the night. I asked for a room near the elevator, and got one. Gina took the time to find me one. Many times a front desk doesn't even bother. She did. She answered all of my questions, patiently. The room was great. One of my biggest issues in a hotel is no plug by the bed. They had two, plus usb ports for charging! The bed was heaven! Clean, soft, and comfortable! The towels were stiff and scratchy, which kind of goes with most hotels anyways. The shower was great on temperature, the water pressure was ok. The restaurant host was absolutely the best. Sulema was so amazing. She answered all my questions, and gave me great suggestions. She really went above and beyond. The host made me feel so welcome. The server was polite. The food was okay. The toast was slightly burned, the egg was overcooked. The bacon was cooked well. The hashbrowns were not cooked enough. They tried to fix everything. They gave me new eggs, but these were undercooked. I just couldn't get eggs that were "the whites cooked, the yolk runny". I would order something different next time. They comped the meal, which was very, very, appreciated. The cappuccino was awesome! Very well made, and a pretty design on top. Mostly, it was a great, great, experience!

I have paid a lot more for a lot less. This hotel is a perfect O’Hare stopping spot. The shuttle is fast and frequent, the restaurant is good, the bar is good, the room is lovely. So glad I found it. Especially good are the friendly people in the restaurant and in the bar, and the delicious hamburger .

Fine for a quick overnight stayover between flights, but nothing special and would chose a different airport hotel next time. The shuttle service (24/7 every 15 minutes) and the amazingly comfortable beds were the two pros that could make one want to stay again. Otherwise, staff was not particularly friendly (shuttle, front desk or gift/coffee shop) and didn't proffer much information (such as how to use my dining credit, where to wait for shuttle to get back to airport, if I needed help with bags). Booked a king bed but got a room with 2 doubles which was strange for one person staying. Room was huge and mostly quiet (was some traffic and door noise from the hallway). Basic amenities in room like coffeemaker and toiletries, but nothing that made the hotel special or up to a 4-5 star level. Room showed quite a lot of wear and tear like scuffing and needed a good deep-cleaning-tons of dust on the living room mirror and wardrobe, a leaf stuck in a chair from a previous occupant, etc. I thought it was strange that an airport hotel didn't offer 24 hour dining or the opportunity to get coffee earlier than 6:30am. For what you get for the cost, not a good value.

A caveat to start. I am giving five stars in relation to the other hotels near O’Hare, a uniquely grimy, poorly run, and old, bunch. It’s doesn’t rank perhaps compared to the upper end hotels downtown, but it is a very good hotel regardless. The hotel — or part of it — looks out over the Desplaines River and the Forest Preserve. They’re right across the street. It’s breathtaking with a great view from the upper floors across the Preserve to downtown Chicago. The rooms are very nicely appointed with good furniture, great bathroom and super clean. Attractive lobby. Soft bed so be aware of that. Quiet as well. No noise inside or out. Really nice lobby and decent breakfast buffet. Two good restaurants on site. Good service. I won’t be going back to the old broken down Hilton properties nearby, my haunts for years. Definitely stay here. Same price as the rundown spots and leagues better.

We chose this hotel for their “Stay, Park & Fly” program. We spent one night prior to flying out on a two week vacation. It was easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and in a covered garage. Their shuttle to I’Hare runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. We ate two meals at the hotel restaurant and both were very good.
