Rooms are nothing special, soundproofing between rooms is bad, room facilities are not user friendly- more style over substance. Very overpriced amenities! Some specific complaints- parking is $44 per night- the most expensive of all the hotels around the airport. Biggest problem is the parking is shared with restaurant guests and people that drive in for conferences so the lot is very full. A hotel guest paying this much should have some guarantee that there will be spaces available and shouldn't have to drive around and around waiting for someone to leave. Parking garage should be enclosed if not heated for this high price but instead it is cold, dark and cramped. Staff was basically apathetic- you walk by staff all day and not one would say hello, good morning- not one employee gave a basic level of "hospitality". To get high speed internet at a hotel built for business conferences you have to pay an extra $12.50 per day- again the most expensive of all the surrounding hotels. Poor room layout- only 1 small table next to two beds - table had a lamp, a phone and a clock radio ( what is this 1988?). Seriously what modern business hotel provides a clock radio and a bible but can't provide USB-C ports? There should be a table for each bed with sufficient outlets, It has been over 5 years since the standard for most devices switched from USB to USB-C how long should it take for an expensive business hotel in a large city to catch up? Bathroom was ok except you get to listen to your neighbors in their bathroom because walls are so thin and vents are connected. Vanity and sink is the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. Literally less than 18 inches deep with a bowl sink taking up most of the space. Not even 1 bottle of complementary water in the room- they expect you to pay $8 for a bottle of water! There are Hiltons and Marriotts on the same street with similar rooms and amenities and cheaper prices for everything. Save your money and stay there. One more thing- when I arrived, they gave me a note that they would be changing the locks in the rooms and they would be entering my room twice to do this. Why weren't guests made aware of this before arriving so we could decide if that would be too much of an inconvenience and stay somewhere else? Why isn't this type of maintenance done between guests and not when the rooms are occupied? Why weren't guests given a discount for the inconvenience? This hotel needs to go back to hospitality school and take the entry level course because they don't even have the basics right.

Nice hotel close to the Convention Center, Rosemont Theater and restaurants. Jazz shows held on site from time to time. We stayed there for New Year's Eve to attend the jazz show and the experience was great. With the jazz show located in the hotel in was extremely convenient. We booked the 1-bedroom suite which was very comfortable and had a powder room as well as a full bathroom. Very nice view and well appointed. The one drawback is that the shower does not have a door. So, it is a little cool while taking a shower. Parking is right next door (self-park and valet) so the convenience is great. Price was reasonable.

we have been coming here for the past 10 years for park sleep and fly and quick visits to Chicago, this last experience was horrible, checked in and there was a furry convention in town, guests were partying all night roaming the hallways yelling and screaming till 3 in the morning, you could hear the other rooms from the bathroom vent, security was called a few times according to the front desk. had to get up for a 6 am flight, Shuttle ran every 15 minutes which was good. when we came back from vacation found out the shuttle only picks up in terminal 2 of the airport, we arrived in terminal 5 and would have to take a tram to terminal 2, this was 9 pm and would have been a hassle to spend 30-40 min to get to terminal 2 so just took an uber back to hotel (of course, my choice), before we arrived to hotel we looked online to see if there was another convention in town which there was and a few compony parties and receptions were at hotel, asked front desk if they could put us in an area not close to any convention or reception guests, she put us in a spot not close to the elevator but the night was like the first, drunk guests walking to their rooms, loud and swearing so second night was just as bad. parking was also bad, parked up in level 9, first two floors were empty but reserved for who knows what because next day they were also empty. when we complained, front desk told us that it was our fault for staying at one of the busiest times of the week, out of the $530.00 dollars we paid she took off $35.00 off our dinner which was included in our nights charge, looked at our credit card statement and saw the dinner was charged with the room stay and separately, so now waiting for the refund. as far as the room, it was fine, standard king room. If you are staying here during a busy time, you wont get any sleep. will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. But if you have spent a lot of nights at less quality hotels and you come here, you are good. But way too expensive. This was the most expensive hotel in 2,5 weeks. Shuttle to the airport was ok.

The people here are amazing. I was treated very kindly, friendly, and welcoming. Even calling reservations was great. I never felt rushed, (and I ask a lot of questions). The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the 24/7 airport shuttle, (free). It runs every 15 minutes! No waiting in the freezing weather for an hour. It was great! The hotel price was high, but not in comparison to other hotels around the area. And you get what you pay for. The front desk was awesome. I showed up at 01:00 in the morning, and the front desk staff was super nice. I didn't feel guilty, like I sometimes do, because I know I just woke someone up, sleeping in the back. Not these nice people. It never felt like it was the middle of the night. I asked for a room near the elevator, and got one. Gina took the time to find me one. Many times a front desk doesn't even bother. She did. She answered all of my questions, patiently. The room was great. One of my biggest issues in a hotel is no plug by the bed. They had two, plus usb ports for charging! The bed was heaven! Clean, soft, and comfortable! The towels were stiff and scratchy, which kind of goes with most hotels anyways. The shower was great on temperature, the water pressure was ok. The restaurant host was absolutely the best. Sulema was so amazing. She answered all my questions, and gave me great suggestions. She really went above and beyond. The host made me feel so welcome. The server was polite. The food was okay. The toast was slightly burned, the egg was overcooked. The bacon was cooked well. The hashbrowns were not cooked enough. They tried to fix everything. They gave me new eggs, but these were undercooked. I just couldn't get eggs that were "the whites cooked, the yolk runny". I would order something different next time. They comped the meal, which was very, very, appreciated. The cappuccino was awesome! Very well made, and a pretty design on top. Mostly, it was a great, great, experience!
