Amazing staff
Amazing experience thanks to a phenomenal front desk team. It’s a gorgeous hotel but what sets it apart is the staff. I fell ill and had to extend my stay, Ashley and Craig at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with first class assistance.

Anthony and Gino were AMAZING! Super hospitable and really cared about the guests. Anthony gave amazing reccomendations and made sure we enjoyed our stay throughout the entire time. By far the best Nobu allocation I’ve stayed at. 10/10 experience!

My stay was incredible! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Chataun, Craig, Ana & everyone else. The hotel was very quiet and in a great spot with plenty of places to eat and shopping. Highly recommend!

Business feels like mini-vacation thanks to the NOBU staff.
This is my third stay at NOBU Chicago and it’s always a fabulous experience. From the moment you’re greeted outside of the hotel, to the incredible accommodation from reception like Chatawn, to the sumptuous room, I can’t recommend the hotel enough. The tea and warm towels when you check in are comforting after a long trip. in-room breakfast was also delicious. My husband and I were there for business but it felt like a mini-vacation. Don’t forget to check out the steam room downstairs!

We keep returning...
My wife and I have been doing "staycations" in the city a few times a year and we always choose this hotel. The rooms are impeccable, location is perfect and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Most importantly, the Nobu staff and management are as amazing as the property! They have always gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome and that our stay is special. This is the best hotel team in Chicago.
