Nobu Hotel Chicago

This was stellar from the moment we walked in. The front desk, the restaurant, the room service and the housekeeping- all 10/10! The room was beyond perfect and the view was outstanding! Shout out to CHATAUN who went the EXTRA mile to make sure we were well taken care of. We will be BACK

I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience I will need to make it a habit to compliment those who make experiences like mine so special. We were able to stay two nights to celebrate my birthday. From beginning to end, the Front Desk Team made sure that everything was taken care of and we were comfortable. The hot tea was delicious and a nice welcoming touch. We had an upper room with an east view overlooking the Christmas-themed pop-up. We took full advantage of the amazing rooftop, the restaurant and the tranquility pool. The bed was super comfy and the pillows had the right amount of squish for me. The amenities in the bathroom were extra-special, including the teak tub with bath salts along with the Dyson hair dryer and the flat iron—which in my world, is a huge bonus while traveling! Each time we came and went, the staff welcomed us and treated us like royalty. Huge kudos go to the team of Hendrik, Ana, Anthony, Charlie, Craig, Gino, Ian and Chataun! What a gem in the center of the bustling West Loop/Fulton Market area! I would HIGHLY recommend treating yourself to the Nobu experience!

From the very moment we parked our car for Valet, we were greeted with such professional and warm hospitality from the team and it only got better from there. The front desk staff was amazing and made checking in and out seamless, I’d personallly like to shout out Aldo for going the extra mile in ensuring the greatest of service! Everyone made us feel like family and to say we can’t wait to go back, is an understatement !

There are not enough adjectives to describe how great our experience was at the NOBU Hotel in Chicago. Excellent, Exquisite, Superb, etc. don’t seem to do the place justice. From the moment we walked into the front door through the moment we departed, we were were treated like we were the most important guests ever to stay there - Like we were Royalty (trust me, we’re not). I’ve had the privilege of traveling the US and Europe at the purported finest hotels (Four Seasons, Trump, Ritz and countless boutique hotels). None of those hotels hold a candle to the Nobu Hotel in Chicago. You’re treated like you’re a family member. The rooms, amenities and attention to detail are second to none. When you stay there you get this phenomenal 360 guest experience because the location (West Loop) is vibrant, the hotel restaurant is extraordinary and the rooftop bar and cocktail lounge has, without question, the most beautiful panoramic views of the gorgeous Chicago sky line. The Hotel pool and spa are equally as phenomenal. There are too many of the Nobu family members for me to thank but I’m going to give it a shot and thank Hendrik, Ana, Charlie, Anthony, Gino, Ian, Chataun and Craig!!! Can’t wait to see you all again. For those of you planning a visit to Chicago, don’t waste your time and $ going anywhere else!!!

I stay at Nobu for work every month…. I always have a wonderful stay! Great rooms, very clean and great amenities. I love the staff especially Craig & Chataun! Anytime I have a special request they help out even the very small things. The best place to stay in West Loop!
