Reviews for Nobu Hotel Chicago

Beautiful hotel in prime location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Had the most wonderful stay with my boyfriend for his birthday. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It is in a prime location, so much to do within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Emily in guest services and the young lady at the front desk with the short curly hair, they made my boyfriends birthday extra special. I can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a trendy area

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Beautiful rooms with big roomy showers and comfy beds. Staff helpful and kind- appreciated the cold towels when checking in. Also and Ashley were staff members who were especially personable. We rented a king room the first night and had the Villa (their largest, 1400sq foot suite) the following night to entertain guests for a birthday party. It was over the top beautiful with a swanky bathroom and able space to relax. We prefer not to let others handle our luggage and they sort of pushy about it when we checked in (and we were too exhausted to push back) so be prepared. Overall we appreciated the chance to relax comfortably during the weekend. This hotel is in a very trendy, fun neighborhood with no shortage of great shops and food.

Hotel Nobu Chicago

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I had a fantastic time . I was greeted with a refreshing cup of tea. It wasn’t yet time to enter my room so I left my luggage and went to the rooftop restaurant. I had a few cocktails and a wonderful meal. I then ventured out into the streets of Chicago after receiving a map of the town from the front desk staff. When I returned to the hotel I found that my room was ready and my luggage was in my room. My room was wonderful and I had a great view of the city. I had an incredible dinner at Nobu Chicago on the first floor of the hotel. In the morning I had a swim in the Tranquility Pool. Very relaxing. I also had an omelette at Nobu for breakfast before walking down to The Chicago Institute of Art. The hotel is in a very safe part of town. All in all I had an incredible stay and would stay there again . Although my next stop is Nobu Toronto and then Nobu Miami.

Fab location…great for the party goers.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Hotel is in an amazing, vibrant area of Chicago in the West Loop. Lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants close by. Hotel, as you would expect being Nobu, is minimalist in design…rooms great with super comfy beds and hair straighteners in the bathroom were a welcome addition. Due to hotel location, it is a little noisy. I looked over tennis courts but there is a train that runs close by so be aware that you will notice that. It wasn’t a major issue but if you want silence at night it is worth bearing in mind. Rooftop bar is fun, great for people watching and noisy. More suited for the youngsters that want to be seen in the evenings than a place to go to talk!! Staff were all very nice. Would recommend for the cool, young people!

The BEST Bridal experience thanks to Michelle!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I booked the Sake Suite for my Bridal party to get ready 7/26/24. We called a few days ahead to see if early check-in was possible and Michelle went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure our experience was everything we'd hoped. She called my MOH every day to see if there was anything we needed to make sure the suite was prepared for us - she arranged 2 full-length mirrors to be brought up to the suite, she had a mini-fridge ready for us, and her constant communication made us feel so comfortable and cared for. I cannot express my gratitude to Nobu & Michelle for making the day as perfect & memorable as possible! They even went out of the way to make sure the room was cleaned and ready for my husband as our honeymoon suite. 10/10 would recommend to ANY brides looking to get ready at Nobu. THANK YOU MICHELLE!
