Chataun was welcoming after we checked in afer a long travel day! Ian took care of our car and kept it close as we needed it during our stay. Hendrik was helpful and accommodating too. The room was facing a holiday display and very comfortable. The pillows were awesome especially as I have neck issues. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Super nice beds and pillows. Great location as well. Attentive staff and great rooms! It was very close to a market place Holiday craft fair and ice skating and curling event space. Very nice bathroom with nice soaking tub. Will definitely come again! Ted

Nobu is awesome overall. The front desk staff was awesome, friendly, and funny in conversation. Everyone was clearly working hard and committed to hospitality. The building itself has beautiful decor and I'm surprised at how much I liked the industrial modern and unique setup Nobu has going on. The bathroom made me feel like I was in the future it was incredible. Additionally, the sauna, pool, and workout center were so nice and well-equipped. Great hotel overall and I have no complaints or suggestions. Keep doing such an incredible job!

The entire experience was stellar top to bottom. We had amazing service as we checked in. I even locked myself out of my room five minutes after they gave me the key and they were super gracious and good spirited about it. Additionally, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were luxurious and top notch. I can easily recommend Nobu to anyone for anything, anytime.

A nice hotel with very good service. That being said, I love minimalist decor, but this was absolutely bare and felt like it was done with a lot of expense spared. The lighting was so dim I had difficulty putting on makeup; and I found it challenging to get any work done. Additionally, the only room service available consists of a few selections from Nobu's menu.
