Reviews for Nobu Hotel Chicago
Nice, but...
A nice hotel with very good service. That being said, I love minimalist decor, but this was absolutely bare and felt like it was done with a lot of expense spared. The lighting was so dim I had difficulty putting on makeup; and I found it challenging to get any work done. Additionally, the only room service available consists of a few selections from Nobu's menu.

Excellent Service
We always choose the Nobu Hotel when visiting Chicago. The rooms are serene, spacious and well-appointed. The front desk always greets us warmly each time we approach with even the smallest of requests. But what is most wonderful are the little kindnesses they offer: chocolates and personal welcome notes, unique suggestions on places to go and experience, privacy when you need it, respectful and polite interactions with all the service staff (during one stay the bartender created a unique drink for me and we haven’t forgotten). There’s one person we look forward to seeing each time we visit—Chataun Kirkman. From our very first stay several years ago, she has been a constant warm and welcoming presence. Her kindness, personalized service, and sensitivity to our comings and goings during our stay have made Nobu Hotel our home away from home when we visit Chicago.
