Booked on the phone with reservations and literally had him specify what is in the room. They gave me the wrong room with no shower said there was no more available. But I call reservations and they tell me there is? Then i go downstairs and tell them there is another room i want to switch and they said the most they can do is “offer a discount”. 0/5 stars honestly don’t come here lol

The gentleman, Spiro, was very helpful to us from the moment we arrived. He cheerfully shared tips about restaurants and points of interest and made our stay a pleasant experience. Also, Shaunda helped us with a room problem, and Gabby at the front desk was friendly and charming.

Every time I enter the hotel I am greeted by Sammy, Spiro, and Antwonne, who have been the absolute best in accommodating me every time I stay in River North. Super friendly, always ready to assist at the drop of a hat, and will have me coming back again in the future. The entire hotel staff has been very attentive and have made me feel welcome every time. Sammy also made sure that my experience parking and retrieving my car was exceptional, he has been ready at a moment’s notice each time he has worked on days that I have stayed, as well as Spiro and Antwonne. Only positive compliments all around

Spiro was absolutely fantastic during our stay! Visiting all the way from Oklahoma, we were met with genuine warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. Spiro went above and beyond in every way, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable. Not only was he incredibly kind and considerate, but he also anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was helping with our bags, offering great local recommendations, or checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Spiro truly made our experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and cares so much for guests. Thank you, Spiro, for making our stay truly exceptional!

My brother had a 2 night business trip downtown so I went with the first night. Check in was easy we just left car with flashers on. Lobby was beautiful. Valerie greeted us. She gave us a great room on 14th floor. Beds were great so was the view of the city. Right away we walked down the block to Ballys Casino. Spent about an hour and headed back to check out pool on 17th floor. Luckily Valerie told us about Jewel grocery store across the street to get some supplies. Pool was awesome plus the Fresco terrace connected with great views. We decided to hike 1 mile to Irish Pub Lizzie McNeils to watch MNF FOOTBALL and World Series. Great bar. We should have taken cab back but we walked. Streets get a lot different at 10PM. No harm thankfully. Workout room was awesome in morning it looked out to Marina Tower. Now my only complaint was in morning are room 1402 had no hot water for shower? But by this time we were all situated in our room and didn't report it. Plus it was unseasonably warm out like 90 degrees so cold shower wasn't that bad. We really enjoyed this hotel and I will come back with wife and kids.
