Loved my stay!

I stayed here in December and had a great time! I usually don’t stay in such fancy hotels, but decided to splurge and did not regret it. The room and my view were perfect and the staff were all so amazing. I enjoyed going down to the restaraunt every morning to get nutella waffles, and was glad to be served by Edgar - his friendliness and attentiveness were a highlight! If I find myself in Chicago again I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Kids loved the pool every morning. Gym had everything you need for a holiday workout The lift was a bit slow (one broke down for a day but still ok) The restaurant is fine. Drinks good. The location is walkable to everywhere in central Chicago. The highlight of this place was Spiro who could fix anything and tell you everything you need to know about Chicago

Didn’t stay in the hotel but just visted CBR for breakfast. Breakfast was great! Edgar was a server. He was very attentive, helpful, and accommodating! Had the steak & eggs, breakfast sandwich, and chocolate chip pancakes.. All were good!

Great Hotel, Great Doorman

Great hotel, always super clean, professional friendly staff. Antwonne the doorman is one of the best in the city!! Great location in River North, close to the shops at NorthBridge, the onsite bar and restaurant are cozy with decent cocktails.

Spiro is the best! He seems to really care for the people walking through the door. Treated us and our dog with friendliness and care. Treated our luggage with care. He has a great personality and always had an answer to our questions. Thanks Spiro.
