Girls weekend at the Park Hyatt
My daughter and I had the best long weekend trip to Chicago. I had heard great things about the Park Hyatt Chicago and it did not disappoint. As a Globalist, I got upgraded to a Water Tower view room, though it was on a lower floor. I am not sure if better rooms were available, but it was perfect for our needs. The room was immaculate. Breakfast overlooking the water tower and Lake Michigan was a treat. The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. The recognized us and voluntarily offered helpful tips for our stay. I hope to get to stay here the next time I come to Chicago.

Luxurious and comfy stays
My stay at this hotel was great. The renovations and warm interior were comfortable. The room was spotless. Service was prompt and professional. I would stay here again during my next Chicago trip. I did not get to try the restaurants but I will next time. I had a great experience as an Explorist.

Not worth it!
I stayed at the Park Hyatt for two nights in October 2024, paying over $1,900, but the experience fell short of expectations. Despite the luxury price, I didn’t feel pampered. The NoMI bar experience was disappointing—drinks were subpar, and the service was very slow and nobody was attentive. Breakfast service was also frustrating, with long delays in getting the food early Sunday morning. Additionally, the valet service was disorganized as it took over 30 minutes for us to get our car adding to the overall sense of poor service.

Had a good stay
We loved our stay at the Park Hyatt. Breakfast was good, This was our second time here, the first time we had availed of the town car to go to a museum and that was very convenient. There were some nice reataurants in walking distance. Lovely lobby and sitting area. I still have the pug soft toy we bought last time,

Great room and friendly staff, worth the cost.
What friendly staff. Fantastic check-in experience (even though I had mucked up the dates). Excellent concierges, friendly, knowledgeable and imaginative. Nice room. Not cheap but worth the extra cost. Nomi breakfast is great, but suggest eating out at night for more variety. The concierges know all the good places nearby.
