Pendry Chicago

The room was so peaceful and inviting when we were there. The temperature was well controlled and when we needed assistance from the lobby they were very welcoming. There was coffee in the main lobby available and an espresso machine in the room.

Had a great stay at the Pendry. Service was impeccable. Especially from Dolapo. He was there to help us with all our needs. You can tell this hotel does a great job setting the patron as the priority. They really go above and beyond. The lobby has a great atmosphere, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are on point.

We recently hosted a business meeting at this location, and the experience was exceptional. Logan McPhail, Jon Jocson, Eynar Esmael, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and prompt in addressing any questions or requests we had. The meeting facilities were well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a successful event. The professionalism and attention to detail from the staff made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a business meeting or event, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

Family of four traveled to Chicago for the long weekend and had a great time at the Pendry! Our prime reason for traveling from west coast was to see the Bears (they fired their Offensive Coach the next day.....) but other than the Bears dismal performance we had an excellent time. We really enjoy staying in old/historic properties when available and the Carbide & Carbon Building (Pendry) was awesome. We booked through Chase Sapphire Reserve so had some great breakfasts. The hotel surprised our kids with their choice of a Stuffed animal upon check-in. The workout room is HUGE - 3 pelotons, lots of treadmills. They even have one weight rack. We were walking distance to everything - steps from architectural boat tour, theatre, Ice cream museum, and located on the Magnificent Mile. Thanks for a great time and we'd definitely recommend!

We visit Chicago once a month during the symphony season and always stay at the Pendry. We came first for the location, and we stay for the experience and the people. Perry the Bell Captain is a rock star. He makes us feel like he remembers us each time because he is so thoughtful, attentive, and kind. And then you realize that's how he treats everyone! The location is amazing. We usually stay in the Deluxe Corner Suite, and it's always ready when we arrive much earlier than most hotels would have rooms available. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. There is some street noise in certain rooms but it's never been such that we haven't managed a good night's sleep. This time, Hannah took great care with us at check in and out. Stay at the Pendry. You won't be disappointed.
