Ambassador hotel is a great place to stay. Armani was a genius behind the bar!
My wife and I had the best dinner and hotel experience at the Ambassador bar and restaurant this week. We have enjoyed our 5 night stay. The food at the restaurant was a an amazing experience. Armani the bartender guided to an excellent Scallop dinner with great drinks to accompany it. We were fighting over the last bits of the lave cake that we finished our meal with on several evenings. This place is a hidden gem In a wonderful area of Chicago!!

Lovely Boutique Hotel
This was my second stay at The Ambassador and I chose this hotel again because the location is ideal for me ('L' and buses are very close by and within walking distance to many well known attractions). The rooms (with a city view) are fantastic and the staff are AMAZING! I definitely plan on staying here again.

Excellent Location in Posh Neighborhood
I remembered that this hotel had recently switched ownership and was curious to see what had changed. The most important thing about this hotel is the location. Its a 15 minute walk from the Magnificent Mile, but nicely tucked away in a real neighborhood north of the main tourist interests. Its still walkable, but only 5 minutes by UBER. The lobby and main guest areas are unique, cool and very boutiqish

My 2nd stay at the Ambassador
Very beautiful Hotel had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Ambassador. The bellman, Valet Parking & Felix the security manager were really welcoming and friendly and so was the front office supervisor Akira Hudson she was also very friendly and had outstanding excellent customer service. Definitely will be returning & recommend checking out the Ambassador. The rooms are really nice and spacious with a beautiful white aesthetic and a nice view of the city everything was walking distant from the hotel from restaurants to shopping centers. 10/10- Jackie C

Wonderful experience!
Everyone was wonderful! The staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly and great. The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful, and so was the man who helped with my luggage and informed me that my daughter was at the hotel to pick me up! Great staff! I was very impressed!
