Firelake Server was Amazing
In Chicago and stopped into Firelake for a Business Dinner with some colleagues. Our server Lorena Munoz made the dinner amazing. She did a terrific job. She was attentive, made great recommendations and took care of everything. If your there, be sure to ask for Lorena.

Wonderful experience, with warm, personal touches by staff
We had a wonderful time at the Radisson Blu Aqua in Chicago, our second stay at this beautiful hotel. We will definitely return! When discovering that I had accidentally booked a room designed for persons with disabilities, the front desk immediately worked with us to move into a more appropriate room. I especially appreciate the warm welcome we received each day by Hassan at the front door. He even borrowed me his own umbrella!

From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, we were taken care of and made to feel like we were part of an extended family. Hassan took exceptionally great care of us during our three-day stay and I cannot say enough kind words about him and his demeanor. He truly enjoys what he does and the hotel is lucky to have such an amazing ambassador representing it. Also kudos to the FireLake staff and chef. We wanted to experience different eateries in Chicago but could have had meals in-house every single day without one ounce of disappointment. The food was incredible! I would not want to stay anywhere else in the city again-this place was top notch. Not one complaint about any of my experience here.

Visiting Chicago from Tennessee. We've stayed here on several occasions. Alex and Gigi at the front desk were professional, friendly and very helpful. That's really all I wanted to say. But this review requires me to enter 200 characters minimum. So I just had to write something more.

Aqua Blu hotel in Chicago is a great choice!
The Aqua Blu is our go to hotel when visiting Chicago. The location, rooms. amenities, fitness center, pool are all 5 star. The professional and accommodating reception leadership team and staff makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Highly recommend.
