This was probably the PRETTIEST hotel i have ever stayed in! The vibe/ambiance was immaculate. It was giving expensive and luxurious. With a wonderful hotel comes wonderful service! Alex, the man at the front desk absolutely Served!!! He was very accommodating and welcoming. He also had a spectacular appearance and great attitude, he absolutely ate that blonde hair and crisp blazer! It’s amazing to have a great looking hotel and great amenities, but also having a great first impression of the establishment is catch patrons and keeping them in the pool was way too cold to go in but the jacuzzi was p e r f e c t! The view of the city from the 14th floor was beautiful and a great way to start the day! We requested a mini fridge and it was sent over immediately!… unfortunately we realized that we did already in fact have a mini fridge already… I wish i got the name of the nice man who carried that whole fridge with pure muscle! That man and Alex, of course, really deserve a raise. I hope that they have nothing but good luck and fortune this coming new years! Definitely stay here every aspect was a 10/10! The only problem is that I can’t afford to stay there forever :((( I’m literally recommending this place to everyone i know!

This hotel is wonderful. The room was spacious and we had a lovely city view. But the best thing about the hotel are the employees. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband is handicapped and making sure he was well taken care of was a priority. This is especially true of Hassan. He greeted us every time we saw him with a smile and always asked if there was anything we needed. Even in this hotel with wonderful hospitality, he is a stand-out! Thank you Hassan for making our stay extra special.

There are some great things about this hotel (staff, 25 yard pool, extensive gym facilities including basketball court, sauna, and steam room) but the wifi was terrible, unable to load even outlook email or gmail at times, or news/sports websites. We also had poor cel coverage (T mobile) so difficult to even text at times. Could not get wifi signal at all in the Business Center! Would not stay here again unless I could see from recent reviews that those problems were fixed. We were on the 11th floor. The building is funky with many small alcoves of rooms, perhaps that was a reason for the crappy wifi and cel coverage.
