Edgar and Peter were so friendly and gave us exemplary service. We enjoyed our conversations with them and our delicious breakfast too! They indulged my sometimes hard to please in-laws with all of their requests. We will be looking to return on our next visit to Chicago!

Hotel was clean, nice and large rooms. Spirros the valet gentleman was amazing as well! We will certainly be back! Hotel bar was nice, and front desk service was very helpful and kind as well. Certainly recommend for suture stays. Thank you!!

Excellent service and food and accommodations were great. I used to stay here when it was the Palomar Chicago. Conveniently located right downtown. Get to Nordstrom and Restaurants nearby. Take a taxi to all other parts of Chicago or take a walk to Millennium Park

The reason for the 5 stars is the hospitality. One of the front desk people went above and beyond for a birthday surprise and another saw me looking at dog treats as I was checking out and insisted on giving me a bag to go for my dog at home. The friendliness and customer service made this a warm home away from home. For the introverts out there, the front desk did greet everyone on the way out every time and on the way back in -- in case that's an issue. I had a room with two queens while friends had king rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, modern, and spacious. They also had large desks should you need to get work done. The two drawbacks are that the rooms don't have fridges nor kettles. They have coffee/tea in the lobby in the mornings, but my preference would be to be able to boil hot water anytime I want. They also replace the tea/coffee with infused water in the afternoon.
