Amazing Accommodations
Thank you to the Sofitel staff for accommodating my fiancé and I when we were in an emergency situation. They were so supportive and helpful and took immediate action so when we arrived we had everything to make our stay so much easier with the challenges we faced to get to the hotel. Mr Alem was so attentive to our needs. He went out his way each time we needed something or had questions about anything. He also brought us a little treat whenever he found out this was our mini honeymoon. We are so thankful for everything that was done for us.

Cocktails and hospitality
Such a fun trip! Had a wonderful food and cocktails. The location was so accessible to everything we wanted to see. Alem was so considerate and helpful! Gave great Chicago recommendations. I highly recommend Sofitel and visiting this wonderful city!

Lovely spot!
Alem and staff took amazingly good care of us at Le Bar!!!! Wonderful night and hope to be back soon. We ate sliders, and the French fries were surprisingly top notch. We had tried to go to many places nearby and were faced with one hour + wait times and Le Bar was a soft landing.
