Our server Andy was amazing. Very knowledge about everything on the menu. The Mici were fantastic. Very pleasant in conversation and attentive on details. Definitely recommend this place and if Andy is available definitely recommend him as your server. Very appreciative

Harrison was hands down the most helpful guest service member I have ever worked with. I am a travel agent so my standards are high. & he went above & beyond. We will definitely be coming back! Our favorite part about the hotel was the spa! It’s exceptional & luxurious! The gym is also top notch with the best views of the city & I can’t forget about the gingerbread express elevator they have in December! Such attention to detail! @bookitwithjojo

Love this hotel and housekeeping is very honest!
Love this hotel. Always enjoy our stay and love that they’re pet friendly. The restaurant needs help with service though (slow service, empty tables sat dirty for over 50 minutes and the attitude of staff (female bartender) need help as it apparent they aren’t there to help guests. That being said and the reason for all 5 stars too is the honesty and integrity of the housekeeping staff and security. I left a pair of diamond earrings and they were turned in and the ease in getting them from security (Chuck) was great.

New Years Eve Festivities With Ian
New Years Eve was our first experience at Trump Tower and Ian made it so special and memorable for us! He was unbelievable! What a guy! He had us laughing the whole time and was a perfect gentleman the entire service! We will be coming back and requesting more of Ian! 6 OUT OF 5 STARS!!

Wonderful family getaway!
This was our first experience with the Trump Hotel in Chicago. We traveled as a family for a quick getaway before New Year’s and arrived early before normal check in time. We were greeted by Pablo Criado who made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with our luggage storage. We left for a quick shopping trip and we received a phone call directly from Pablo telling us the room was ready (early). We returned to the hotel and Pablo escorted us to our room and personally guided us through all the accommodations and features of the room. Our wonderful experience began with Pablo and we will return to the Trump Hotel on every trip back to Chicago!!!
