A wonderfully calming environment in a great downtown location. Staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Thoughtful amenities of quality in a perfect room. Miss Ricky’s had brilliant music and absolutely wonderful food and drinks.

Amazing experience! Cool interior design, warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere. Great food as well! Deandre in particular went above and beyond to help us out during the stay, thank you!! When we were there, there was no cocktail menu at the bar upstairs - that would have been good, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Great room no issues, easy check in/out. Chad was very helpful along with Travis the bellman and Frankie and any staff I encountered. Late check out was also very helpful on this stay. I will stay here next time down for sure. Thanks virgin hotel!

We had a great experience staying at the Virgin Chicago., The spaces were all clean and customer service was top-notch! The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and museums. The suites are generously-sized with a nice, modern look and feel. We never heard a neighbor or had any disturbances so we could enjoy a relaxing weekend in the fluffy bed!
