We visited again after 6 years It was a pleasant stay Rooms were immaculate and clean. Facilities were excellent. The Restaurant manager Mr Wilfred prepared all the meals to our special requirements and taste. The rooms were very comfortable and the views were also good. Will definitely stay again.

Great venue, with amazing scenery. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Shivaraj was especially of great help and made our stay memorable. The plantation walk was a highlight and the coffee tasting was good. Great place to visit! Heaven for coffee lovers.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday at serai 😊was good experience.Asked the staff to decorate the room before itself which was done nicely.only thing is minimum 2 days of stay is required to enjoy jungle safari .we reached around 3 pm to kabini and missed that day’s safari and next day safari timing was 5:30 am .Safari is available only 2 times a day one morning 5:30 and another at noon 2 pm so please plan accordingly otherwise good and peaceful stay 😍

The serai property in chikmaglur is a beautiful and cleanly maintained resort Food was very tasty Mr. Anil chef was amazing Rooms are perfect and peaceful inside the coffee estate a special thanks for house keeping team, the team are well trained and disciplined. They makes room more comfortable Coffee plantation tour so good to learn more about coffee growing & process Ananya in the front desk, she welcomed as with a beautiful smile & helped throughout the stay .
