Overall it was great experience staying in the villa . Staffs were very accommodative to cater to our requests . We have gone with our 2 year old kid and play area incharge Ms. Suma was very caring and helpful . Will recommend this property to family & friends .

Caregiver for kids
While we have issues with the food service at the resort the other facilities were quiet good. Food serv5was at ita slowest and messiest. They have a Good caretaker for kids at the kids play area. She takes care of kids if parents need to step away for a while. Overall good experience other than the food.

Relax , Rejunvate and Enjoy Luxury
We visited Serai Chikmagalur for 2 days in month of October and it was an amazing experience. They have 29 rooms as Villas . Room size are big , big bathrooms and personal swimming pool inside the room. Hotel property is beautiful and clean. Special mention to Chef Anil Kumar and his staff Blesin ,toli ,abhishek ,tahenzn, Suma from kids room. Hospitality was Excellent and there was a personal attention to each guest. Food is amazing specially Non Veg platter , Neer dosa and Chicken curry . Chef Anil Kumar parcelled some Cookies and croissant for us for journey back to Bangalore . Overall a 5 Star Experience .
