We had a lovely time at the kids play area indoors. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Similarly , for the jacuzzi , it was a brilliant service and experience. The pool was neat and clean. The buggy guy friendly and gave us a ride for the entire property !!

We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay at the resort in early March. The atmosphere was calm and serene, which made for the perfect getaway. Our child had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the swimming pool attached to our room. Ms Suma, from the kids' care team, was amazing with our little one. She not only ensured our child was well cared for but also taught her how to make beautiful silk thread bangles and a creative paper cup basket—such thoughtful and fun activities! Mr.Pradeep who explained about the different coffees had a good knowledge of them. The spa team also did a good job. The chefs at the resort were incredibly accommodating, always open to our suggestions and preferences, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very memorable stay, and we highly recommend this resort for families looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service.

Chef Anil Kumar, was a delight! Always running about seeking feedback and making sure his guests are comfortable. The support staff Alan, Prathibha and Toichu were very kind and always carried a smile around while going about helping guests at every table. The food is catered to your choice, and the staff are mindful to note down any specific requests and go over an above to make guests comfortable. Every meal is welcomed with a smile and refreshing cocktail that eases up the conversations ahead. Highly recommend the property and the warmth of the staff at the Serai, Chikmanglur :)

We had a wonderful time at Serai. A special shoutout to Suma from the playarea who kept my daughter engaged with fun games amd craft, during our entire stay. The hospitality from Sous chef Anil Kumar, Restaurant staff Allen, Prtibha and everyone else be it at the restaurant or lobby was commendable.
