Exceptional hotel, we are so happy we chose it and miss it now we’re home! It was so peaceful and calm, it really felt like a retreat. The stunning grounds so immaculately kept, the location, the facilities and the restaurants - all incredible. All credit to the brilliant staff - you can tell they all get on like a family; so warm and caring to their guests, so friendly and attentive. All credit to them. The breakfast was one of my favourite hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, loose leaf tea, freshly baked cakes, Prosecco, choice of different honeys, fresh bread and lovely fruit. What a treat! We would love to return, it’s such a special place. Grazie.

We can’t recommend the hotel more highly. The staff were exceptional from the concierge to the dining team, warm friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated the extra efforts they went to by making a cake and decorating the room for my husband’s 50th birthday! The breakfast buffet was extensive and the food was exquisite. We were very well looked after and would love to return one day!! Thank you for your warm hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel last summer and had a fantastic experience. Excellent facilities, brilliant terrace breakfast, a wide range of sporting activities, beautiful views of the lake and easy to connect to other towns. And most of all - the best hotel staff I've ever experienced - amazingly friendly and go out of their way to help (including doing loads to help prepare surprises for my wife's "big" birthday).

We decided to go away for our first Christmas away from our families and Parco San Marco truly went above and beyond. The staff were all amazingly kind. The women at the front desk were so helpful, particularly when our daughter experienced an allergic reaction on Boxing Day. The woman who was manning the reception desk called all the local pharmacies to see who was open. They then called us later on to check and see how she was doing. The dining room staff were excellent as well. The Andreas were so lovely to my neurodivergent son, we left the day before yesterday and he’s still talking about his friends from the dining room. The hosts were so accommodating and a special shout out to Vanessa, who always engaged my kids when they were particularly fidgety during breakfast. The food was amazing. We ate in the restaurant almost every day and considering the quality of the meal, it was very reasonably priced. The lamb on the Christmas menu was A+ and the wine selection was generous. The room was incredibly clean and the cleaning staff did a great job, particularly after the chaos of Christmas morning. All in all, I highly recommend Parco San Marco and we have high hopes to return.

This is a review of the Hotel and its grounds and facilities. I have reviewed its restaurants separately. The staff here are just exceptional and the whole team should be very proud. You are always met by a warm greeting from the gardeners to the front of house team. Really good management and customer focus. The room was good with a panoramic view of the lake. The large terrace was enjoyed. Breakfast is almost too good to try and review it! The fresh tea range (no ghastly dust in tea bags) was so good - bought in from Germany. Other basics like bread were up there with top Swiss hotels/bakeries. The range of meats, cheeses, fruit and cereals must meet even the most fussy breakfast taker. The grounds are beautiful. The adult only pool is huge and was mainly very peaceful. Two tips. Parking bays at the top level are wider and nearer most rooms. Ask to be well up the site and not down near the road. It is extraordinary that a complex that can house over 400 guests seems so quiet once you leave its core. Tribute to an excellent architectural design and clever planing and the retention of many good trees,
