Sandpearl Resort

My complaint it with the staff and the SPA. i had 2 spa treatments that I was very disappointed in. After my treatments I asked to speak to the spa manager who was not available. I never heard from anyone. When I checked out from my stay, I once again explained my disappointment and was assured someone would reach out to me. NO one did. I understand the mandatory 20% gratuity, however my aesthetician was not entitled to 20%. So disappointed in the my treatments and the neglect in reaching out to me.

Definitely will stay here again. Staff is amazing especially housekeeping. We had junior suite with gorgeous gulf view. Didn’t meet anyone who wasn’t welcoming at hotel. Private beach is a big plus as you can walk right out onto the beach. Beach is beautiful. Staff on beach are great. No problem securing beach chairs and umbrella. Food is very good in restaurant but pricey. We didn’t rent a car. Tampa Bay Private Transportation, recommended by hotel, provided transportation to and from airport. Our driver was excellent and right on time both ways. He kept us appraised via text on both trips. Hotel shuttle will take you pretty much anywhere in the area. We loved that! No car hassles. If you are looking for a stress free vacation on a gorgeous beach this is it!

We had 7 days at this beautiful resort and truly enjoyed every minute. It is the quiet that we appreciated and we felt very safe at the resort and the beach area. The services at the beach are wonderful and the staff work hard to deliver to you. I didn’t feel the extra umbrella cost was necessary though on top of the resort fee?!? We never had an issue with service as everyone was very pleasant. Our room was pristine and we appreciated the balcony..gulf front and swimming pool view. It’s not a private balcony but not a deal breaker. We only did the pool once and never checked out the hot tub as we found it to be quite busy with unsupervised kids..no fault of the staff. The security did their job and we did see that on several occasions. The restaurants were great and Tates has great beach side bites. Reservations for Caretta at least the day prior..worth it for sure! If we are to go back to Clearwater it definitely would be the only place we would go ..a beautiful resort that not only offers great service but a private beach are as well.

Excellent Hotel. Perfect Beach. We were there for my nieces wedding in CWB. Really enjoyed everything. The grounds and location are excellent. Food was great. Everything within walking distance. First time in CWB an I loved it. Will return soon!

This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the food, service, accommodations, everything was amazing and I can’t wait to visit again. We visited for 3 nights and stayed in one of the condo - type rooms which had a separate bedroom, huge bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable living area. The room was beautifully decorated, and the view was gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset.
