Ste. Anne's Spa

What an amazing experience I had at Ste. Anne’s Spa. The staff are genuinely caring exceeding every expectation I had for this property. The accommodations were simply lovely and I don’t have the words to describe how good the food is. Our meals were the best of all the other properties I have visited and I travel extensively. My sincerest thanks ton to e staff and management team!

I have never been so pampered in my life. From the check in to meals to treatments and accommodations, it was clear the staff put us first. My favourite experience, and it was a tight race, was soaking outside in the hydrotherapy pools in a blizzard. It was surreal. The feeling of being so warm and relaxed while the snow was flying and the mist hovered around. The food is to die for and the spa treatments I received were like nothing I have ever had. I didn’t know it was possible for me to actually feel relaxed and not feel sore. You have to go. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but so worth the money and your health and wellness is worth it.

After a very long year of many challenges I brought my daughter for a little get away to relax and rejuvenate. It was the perfect place to do that, the quiet atmosphere and beautiful landscape along with the total pampering was the perfect place to reflect on the year gone by and the year ahead. This may become a tradition!

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. The beds are great and our treatments are always exceptional. Don't miss the dessert menu. The gift shop has a great selection of the Ste Anne's Spa products! The bakery has amazing baked goods to take home with you. Love the meatballs, lasagna & more.

I am long term customer coming to the Spa for many years in a row. However with increased competition and new Spas opened in GTA I mentioned that Ste Anne’s Spa staff became nervous and rude. With my most recent phone experience, I tried to find out details on Boxing week promo over the phone. Unfortunately customer service rep was unreasonably rude not willing to provide details on the offer referring me to the website. It took me some efforts to get the pricing details on the offer. It is very unfortunate to see Ste Anne’s customer service standards declined. I believe Spa experience started from the booking process. However staff does not demonstrate willingness to help. Fortunately we have more choices in GTA now. Hope to see more emphatic to the customers. Ask to the management please train your staff to keep Ste Anne’s Spa service on the top level.
