Do not expect ANY sound proofing

The hotel is perfectly located in Nyhavn and the room beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean however our whole stay was dominated by the lack of soundproofing and very very noisy guests in the room above. The hotel is said to be 5 star but i felt the bar area was very lacking in every respect and breakfast was so busy crammed into a small dining room which also acts as an evening restaurant i did expect a lot more

The perfect hotel for our 4 day trip- comfiest beds, lovely bathrooms, delicious breakfast, amazing view of the river/canal and excellent location. The biggest asset of all though is the incredibly lovely staff. Highly recommend! Look forward to coming back

Really lovely hotel in an old warehouse on the waterfront so full of character. Staff were friendly and helpful, happy to recommend things to see and places to eat. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, great choice of pastries, juices, cooked food and hot drinks. I'd definitely recommend and would stay again!

This hotel is perfect! Location is excellent, decor is beautiful, massive & DELICIOUS breakfast included, friendly staff, quiet & cozy & sizable rooms, comfy beds. Clean & luxurious bathroom. I would recommend anyone stay here…I would stay here a hundred times!

Stayed on 25th November for 1 night business trip. This is the second time I have stayed here after a stay in July. The front of house team recognized me from my last stay which I found impressive. Whilst the rooms are on the smaller side they are well maintained and suitable. The restaurant for breakfast was busy but I found a table easy. The food is of very good quality, including made to order eggs and omelette, fresh fruits cereals etc, smoothies and fruits juices. Looking forward to coming back again in December.
