71 Nyhavn Hotel

This was a New Year City Break, and a really enjoyable and comfortable one based at 71 Nyhavn Hotel. All the hotel staff were outstanding ambassadors for the hotel and Copenhagen generally. The rooms were stylishly fitted out, well equipped and comfortable. As this is an old warehouse conversion, you should expect to find quirky beams and this at times affects your headroom, but this wasn't a problem for us. We will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent location for everything as it was all 20-25 mins tops walk away, with interesting things to see and go back to along the walk. Also on the coast so close to city and water. Quiet location at the end of a busy area but never seemed noisy. Highly recommend a city break in Copenhagen, staying at 71. AMAZING breakfast to set you up for the day.

Stayed here with 2 friends. We had 3 rooms. I selected the most basic accommodations. The room was wonderful. Perfect for a solo traveler and could accommodate 2 people but it’d be tight. A parent and a kid would have no problem. The front desk was very helpful. They stored our luggage and delivered it to our rooms while we were out. They texted us when the rooms were ready. We selected the rate that included breakfast and we weren’t disappointed. The breakfast was really good. We loved the location. We felt very safe as solo women travelers. I had a canal view which was beautiful. It was a close walk from the train station and easy to navigate. I would 100% recommend staying here!

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Copenhagen for the first time upon the 51st anniversary of our marriage. Ever so fortunately we chose 71Nyhavn in which to stay. Our room was wonderful! Comfy, clean and w a fabulous view. The staff was incredibly helpful and charming. The morning breakfast was sumptuous. The location was perfect for our interests as visitors exploring a new city. Indeed, 71Nyhavn Hotel earns its 5 Star rating!

I am incredibly impressed by the beauty and amazing hospitality that we received at the 71 Nyhavzn hotel. Daniel, the excellent concierge, and Sophie, a delightful front desk agent, gave us the warmest welcome to their lovely hotel and since we arrived on Christmas Eve, they even prepared Christmas sockings with fine chocolates for our children. The hotel is incredibly clean, the decor is very classy, and the ambience is as cozy as hot cup of hot chocolate on a winter day. Also, upon our arrival, we got a bottle of Cava wine, very fine chocolates, and an heart- shaped ballon. Finally, not only the staff is incredibly kind and friendly, but the breakfast buffet is absolutely memorable. There is a fabulous variety of healthy and gourmet food that will make you wake up with enthusiasm to eat all these gluttons delights like Danish patries, smoked salmon, local cheeses, ham, amazing Danish breads, smoothies, fruit, vegatables, omelettes, delicious James, and Danish butter to die for. Additionally, the location of this hotel, just on the picturesque harbour, make you feel like you are living in a fairy tale story of Christian Andersen.
