71 Nyhavn Hotel

Nyhavn is perfect for the first time in town, short ways to Bus, Metro, Waterbus, lots of Pubs and Restaurants, waterfront with impressive view to the opera. The Hotel is stylish and everything of high quality, personal young, helpfull and friendly.

The warmest, coziest, friendliest Hygge spot! Wonderful staff, prompt, clean, excellent breakfast included and great location. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, desserts and coffee. Will return! Thank you Daniel & Caroline and the rest of the reception team.

Lovely hotel in unrivaled location. Hotel transformed from Christmas to Ney Year's decorations seamlessly! Staff were friendly and rooms rather nice. Breakfasts had a large selection of options to satisfy every palate. It was hard to leave - we had such a lovely time there!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights (over NYE) in room 110. Let's start with the positives, of which there are many. Great location, within walking distance of many attractions. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic NYE at the hotel restaurant. Great view from our room and a decent breakfast. Some minor quibbles, our room was in the older section of the property and the noise from the room above was pretty load. A few more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful. Finally, the hotel doesn't have an independent bar (there is a small one attached to the restaurant, which is only open when the restaurant is) so you can't get a drink when you like.

71 Nyhavn was truly the best place I could have selected to stay at for my 8-night solo business trip to Copenhagen. The hotel is extremely hygge (cozy!), and the front desk staff were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment I stepped inside (my flight arrived in the morning, so they kept my bags while I explored until my room was ready). A very special thank you to Daniel, who was so helpful and kind the entire time I was staying there. My room had an amazing view, and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast served downstairs each morning was a real treat, with so many options including fresh pastries, fruit/veggies, made-to-order omelettes, yogurt bar, wonderful juices, coffee, etc. The staff in the restaurant already knew me on just the second day coming down to breakfast. :) The breakfast restaurant transitions to an amazing Italian restaurant in the evening, which I would highly recommend. The location of 71 Nyhavn is perfectly ideal and quintessentially Copenhagen, with that beautiful row of colorful buildings along the canal right outside the door. It was so easy to walk everywhere, enjoy the Christmas markets, see the changing of the guard, have an incredible view to experience the St. Lucia Day floating parade in the canal, and squeeze in work, of course. I will absolutely be recommending all of my US colleagues to stay here when they're heading to Copenhagen, and I will definitely be staying there when I get to return. Thank you ALL for the best stay!
