Reviews for NH Collection Copenhagen

Modern decor cozy room

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

This location is far from all tourist attractions. However, it’s 5 mins walk to metro m1 and m2. I felt not enough info about the facility of the hotel was given upon checkin. The breakfast buffet has wide selection and by far it’s the best but I had to pay extra. The room was a good size, with great decor, large closet space, with coffee machine, water boiler but only a bottle of water was provided. However, the bathroom wasn’t very sanitized, especially the toilet, which needed a deep cleaning. The shower drainage was clogged. The fitness center had great cardio equipments.

The best hotel in Denmark

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

No weak points in this hotel, everything is new and close to perfect, but the biggest praise must go to the staff, who are rightly proud of their workplace and who all provide an exceptional service. The hotel is unique in every way

Excellent hotel, service and location

In my opinion it is one of the best current offers in Copenhage. In a 10 -minute walk they were presented in the city's shopping center. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and willing. I was housed for seven days and I recommend this hotel in Copenhagen

Enjoy the hygge of the Rooftop Bar and have a lovely stay

You pay for what you get as they say, and in this case you pay for a great hotel, great attentive friendly service, a great location, and of course the coolest roof bar you are likely to find in Copenhagen. No complaints about the rooms at all (noting comments of a few others here who had issues with cleanliness - not my experience at all.) What it is basically is a no costs spared re-purposing of a former commercial building (originally office block for a Danish shipping company I think?) into a top end hotel that is very central and convenient. The magical city of Copenhagen is famously still low rise at its core and very walkable - I think the saying we had a running gag with was "everywhere is 20 minutes walk" but it is pretty much true and on level ground - The Opera House in one direction, Tivoli in another, Parliament across the canal, and so on. Then there is the Rooftop (very friendly and attentive staff again) and the views of Copenhagen - lovely. Top Tip: The Rooftop Bar is open to the public even if you are not staying - one of the lifts goes straight to it.

A good hotel but cleanliness needs improvement.

Friendly staff. Good sized room. Great breakfast buffet. Good location and easily reached from airport. Very nice gym. The only thing concerns my wife and I would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, carpet, furniture, and floor. I have to point out that bedsheets, pillow cases, and towels were very clean. However, the toilet and bathroom floor were different stories. We found urine smell around the toilet, urine stains underneath toilet seat, bathroom floor still had urine/water stains when we checked in the room. We cleaned the bathroom and toilet using Clorox wipes and the worst thing happened was the bathroom smell moldy after the housekeeper cleaned our room 2 days later, so we were back at square 1. Overall a good hotel to stay when in Copenhagen.
