Average Experience at Luxury Cost
The hotel is conveniently located and has the external charm of a luxury hotel. Rooms are nice, but small and don't offer space to hang clothes. Ground level rooms will lack privacy from the street. The wellness area is underwhelming. The sauna is poorly constructed and does not retain heat properly. The cold plunge is nice. The fitness area needs improvement, including additional space, equipment, and cleanliness.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. 5 star experience and easy to walk to some many of the best sites.

Lovely room, wonderful staff and good breakfast
We stayed here for 3 nights and could not have asked for more. The staff (especially Maria) were excellent and the room was great. Breakfast in the morning was also fantastic - a vast array of food to choose from. The hotel is smart throughout and the sauna was a welcome relief after long days - although I didn’t get past my thighs in the plunge pool.

Perfect except the cramped "bathroom"
Excellent location and staff, perfectly clean property, great bedding, and nice amenities in the room. However, toilets are not separated and the "bathroom" (actually no bath there, but a shower) is the size of the closet in similar properties. They managed to put a shower, a sink and the toilets in this tiny place, but who wants to have his towels hanging over the toilet bowl? Storage place is also non existent. Poor "bathroom" design, in my view. Maybe my room (105) was one of the smallest ones and things are better in higher categories accommodation?

Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Staff
Wonderful Wonderful hotel with really wonderful kind staff who are so welcoming they make the stay perfect. I loved staying here with my mother it was wonderful place. The location is great , very close to everything and the breakfast is really delicious . i totally recommend you stay here when you’re in Copenhagen .
