Clean comfortable room with soaring ceilings and massive windows. Staff sent bubbles and macarons to the room for my birthday. Nightly turn down service. Breakfast had a nice variety, even for vegan travelers. Some of the best sourdough bread we’ve had, fresh avocado, veggies (raw and cooked), a nice selection of fresh juices, nice dining area, and the best coffee we’ve had on the trip so far. Top notch service.

Everything was amazing. Beds gave us a great sleep, breakfast was wonderful, reception staff were super nice!

This was our third stay at this hotel and we were very disappointed. The staff is completely new since Covid and could use some hospitality training. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a young woman who was not only unfriendly, but failed to remind us that our daily rate included breakfast, so we wound up ordering it as room service one morning, essentially paying for something we shouldn't have. Had we been reminded, we would have gone to the restaurant. As it's part of the job of the person checking us in, it kind of soured us. And it didn't help that during our 3 night stay, only one person was friendly and helpful.

The Royal Danish Dance Academy is now the Nobis Hotel. The hotel maintains the spirit of the former Academy, from the marble grand staircase to the windows in the rooms. The staff is outstanding, the restaurant and bar are truly not to be missed, and the location is perfect for everything you want to see and do in central Copenhagen.
