Wonderful lap pool
This is a great 5 star hotel. Everything was wonderful . The not bad thing I can say is that the standard rooms are Paris size but they are beautiful and well decorated . Everything is modern and well maintained and the service is excellent. All staff are friendly and attentive. We had some problems with our room but the were properly and satisfactorily addressed by staff. The outdoor lap pool was warm and spotless despite the cold temperatures. It was the high point of my stay. If you like a morning swim this is your place in Copenhagen. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Luxury in the center of town.
All events, bar, pool etc are very good. The hotel is placed in the center of Copenhagen nearby the railway station. Not far from "Ströget". All the hotel personal are very professional and parking is very good. Breakfast is very nice, much to choose from.

Hotel heaven
Staying at this hotel feels like heaven. It’s perfect from check-in to check-out. The personell are so polite and smiley wether you meet them at the reception, breakfast, pool&sauna area, in room dining, housekeeping.. The hotels arcitecture and interior gives you that inner peace that makes you wanna stay forever. And then you feel the most comfy bed, pillow and duvet. You don’t want to leave! I love the heated pool and sauna. And the option to have in-room dining when you don’t feel like leaving the room/bed. The breakfast is excellent! With organic choices, fresh fruit, sourdough bread, buns and croissants, and ofcourse omeletts made on request by the chefs. My go-to hotel for self-care getaways 🫶🏻

Best hotel in Copenhagen
Great location (a short train ride from the airport) a minutes walk from train station. The hotel is stunning, in architecture, decor and finishing touches. Amazing facilities - amazing pool/sauna and fitness suite, restaurants and bar, breakfast was well worth including. The staff were so good - helpful, polite and professional. Would give another star if I could.

Very good service, nice clean rooms!
Long time since I had this great service! The check in, room, ambiance, cleanliness, service were all top notch. Every single staff member smiled and was friendly, very well trained staff, will definitely be back, officially one if my most favourite hotel👌❤️🌻
