Do not put your guests here if you plan to deliver welcome bags. We recommended the Biltmore to visitors who were coming for a family event. Several stayed here, at the Ritz on Key Biscayne, and several other luxury properties. When I dropped off small welcome bags to be delivered to my guests’ rooms, the Biltmore charged me $10 per bag to do so! No other hotel did this. Then they insisted on cash, saying they would needed to “open a folio” if I wanted to use a credit card and this would take at least 30 minutes. Every other hotel was nothing but delightful to work with.

From the valet to the front desk everyone was a 10 when it comes to customer service. Smiling, tentative, helpful… I visit this property often and this is what keeps me coming back. Keep up the awesome job Biltmore team, your the best. Next time I come (April) I’m bring my wife for our 30th anniversary

The hotel was so perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the front desk to concierge to housekeeping to room service to the restaurants and bars. Nick, the reservation manager helped me secure just the right suite. The view was amazing. He was so wonderful. We attended a wedding and the venue was magical. We will definitely look forward to staying at The Biltmore again!

TERMITES, MOLD, terrible smells in the room with the material couches and curtains .. really loud on the weekends as they prioritize events over hotel guest resting. Management could care less that they sell uninhabitable rooms. This was a horribly disgusting experience.

Room had almost no hot water, over the plaza that had music till 11:30pm. This is a convention hotel. Food at Golf course decent, cabana pleasant. You get less than you pay for. When you say something they don't care. The cleaning staff is good and helpful
